"Sendpulse Does Everything I Need: Intuitive Chatbot Builder That Just Works"

What do you like best about SendPulse?

I love that Sendpulse can do everything I need it to. It offers more than enough modules to let you implement just about anything you can think of. The Sendpulse chatbot builder is intuitive, easy to use, and it simply works. There’s also a wide range of integrations available to take advantage of. In general, the platform performs quickly, and everything feels responsive. Overall, I’m very happy with Sendpulse. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SendPulse?

You have a monthly subscription, and you also need to add funds to send WhatsApp template messages outside of the 24 hour window. The current plan that I'm on is $12 and the minimum top-up for whatsapp messages is $20. The problem is that since I did a top up to test out the template messages, the subscription amount also comes off this top-up account, there is no way that I can just pay for the subscription separately, I need to make sure there are enough funds in my top-up account for the $ 12 subscription, which when I need to top up, can only be $ 20 or more. What do you like best about SendPulse?

As we move along learning how to use it intuitively, the ChatBot has become more precise and can handle much more information and many more specific responses per day. What do you dislike about SendPulse?

Learning curve took a longer than expected.a But once I got the basic concepts I started moving on. I now know much more about it and I try to include new information periodically, making the Chat Bot much stronger and robust. Everyday we have more and more visitors. What do you like best about SendPulse?

What I like most about Sendpulse is how it directly improves my workflow by turning everything I do into a structured, automated system. Instead of manually explaining my services or repeating the same ideas, my customers enter the chatbot and immediately receive a clear, guided experience of my offers, content, and thinking.

It saves me time, reduces friction, and makes my business more scalable. I don’t have to be present for every interaction, but the quality of communication stays consistent. What do you dislike about SendPulse?

What do you like best about SendPulse?

I use SendPulse to manage automated marketing communications via WhatsApp. SendPulse offers an easy way to automate segmented WhatsApp sends and manage contacts based on response, message opening, and lists. I like the ease of implementation and use. I think the value for money is great; the maintenance costs of the tool are quite affordable and the payments per message through the WhatsApp API are managed from the tool itself without the need for third parties. Additionally, the experience with SendPulse has been much smoother and more stable compared to the WhatsApp API connection we had previously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SendPulse?

The segmentation options within push notifications are genuinely useful. They let me target users based on their behaviour and send alerts that feel more relevant. The scheduling and automation features for these notifications have also helped improve engagement. While SendPulse is a reliable tool for our chemical industry communication needs, there are a few areas that could be improved. First, the automation customization is limited. Currently, we can only set basic automated messages, but we need more flexibility to tailor automation rules. Second, the attachment support is insufficient for our needs. As a chemical company, we often need to send safety documents via iMessage, but SendPulse’s current setup limits attachment size and file types. Additionally, the reporting and analytics features need more depth. The analytics only track basic metrics like message open rates, but we need more detailed data. Lastly, the template library lacks industry-specific options. Adding industry-specific templates would save us time instead of creating messages from scratch. they are best in tools and pricing of packages.

also their support is always available and they help you with everything. I had some issue with connecting APIs but their support helped us very quickly and it's super easy to use their AI. super easy to use, user friendly and it's always working I never had issue with it's performance.

What do you like best about SendPulse?

I like that SendPulse is a friendly, easy-to-use, and intuitive tool. It's in Spanish, which saves me time on translations. The costs are affordable, allowing for prolonged use. Additionally, the sales and technical support team is very attentive; the sales team was especially attentive when I had payment issues, and the technical support was very helpful in resolving a failure. What do you dislike about SendPulse?

It could be more well-known, perhaps by offering an educational service to use its platform. That would be very helpful. Maybe using more ads or advertising in my country could work. And offering a series of courses or audiovisual resources on a digital platform, that teach you how to automate using their platform, that would be positive, a Step by Step with SendPulse.
