Front-end deployment of models, explainers and canaries means users can deploy ML models and testing can be done in live environments. Metrics and dashboards can monitor models to improve performance and rapidly communicate errors for easy debugging. The multi armed bandit function helps several models to be in action for larger user bases during the inferencing. **What do you dislike about Seldon?** Seldon must provide a packaged service on cloud hyperscalers so that model deployment and monitoring could be easily tied with the native cloud tools. Also appreciate if Seldon provides chat support for community users for quick technical help. **What problems is Seldon solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was trying to build a MLOps platform on open source tool stack and seldon provided a great leverage to the platform as it comes bundled with so many great features. Model deployment and monitoring is something which I like the most. Exploring several other services at the moment to provide a detailed experience. ### 3. It's sometimes difficult to figure out a legitimate solution. Request Seldon to form a trusted site-based FAQ/Issues section where you find answers to most problems that come with different versions and use cases. **What problems is Seldon solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was trying to learn and deploy model operations end to end, and I found this is the most comprehensive and satisfying tool out in the market, which can help you to take your models into production quickly. ### 4. Also, it provides advanced machine learning capabilities and can handle scaling to thousand of production out of the box. **What do you dislike about Seldon?** Although being built on Kubernetes Seldon gets us all the reliablity and scal that Kubernetes is famous for too, at the same time it doesn't make sense to take ont he complexity for many people. It is also costilier than its competitors. **What problems is Seldon solving and how is that benefiting you?** Seldon helps to solve problems faster and more effectively. It helps us to maintain the workflow with the help of features like continious integration and development, scaling, etc. It helps in deeper understanding of machine learning and helps to prioritize the challenges we face. ### 5. Many of the links opens up advanced topics related to model serving and workflow but again going further deeper into it shows 404 error. The community must evolve the documentation and keep it upto date. **What problems is Seldon solving and how is that benefiting you?** The current use case involves ML workflow setup and CI/CD pipeline for the model serving. Custom monitoring involving performance metrics involved for the ML model. ### 6. Use by our data science teams confirm the finding , the open source nature again is an advantage. **What do you dislike about Seldon?** The ability to manage containers could be further improved. Comparatively less integrated with batch component. The requirment of a new operator for certain operations. **What problems is Seldon solving and how is that benefiting you?** As stated above the ML use case coupled with the use by our data science teams. It lends itself to easy integration in our current project usecase. It increases productivity. ### 7.
