It helps me with day-to-day tasks to carry out privileged access in a secure and centralized way. Regarding the advantages, I highlight the ease of use, mainly because it is a solution that was fully developed in my native language, this makes operating the solution much more intuitive. It is a user-friendly solution for integrations, especially with SIEM solutions commonly used in business. The costumer support is very good and use it with some frequency. Updates are very important, but they need to be released in a more organized way so that engineering is aligned with technicians and customers. For example, today we can standardize blocking or allowing copy and paste in RDP Proxy, but we cannot block copy and paste for parameters such as personal data and sensitive personal data. I primarily like its password rotation feature to properly manage the life cycle of credentials. The automation processes offered by the tool is also simple, which makes it easy to authenticate on web pages, like Instagram. The authentication process to perform remote sessions, is also very practical, offering seamless authentication withdout the need to view passwords, which helps to increases the level of security.
