In terms of UI/UX, as a customer it felt clean, simple, and straightforward. However, as a manufacturer, I was a little overwhelmed by the many features SeekMake offers. The good thing is that each feature includes onboarding that shows you how to configure it and how to use it, which made the learning curve much easier. The pricing is fine, and it’s actually helping me grow my business too. Performance-wise, the website is doing well: it’s responsive and fast. Finally, ASTRA, the AI, is really helping me and my clients. Their latest update, the text-to-3D feature, is honestly something out of this world. It helps customers get what they want with a simple prompt, or even by uploading a picture of what they want. **What do you dislike about SeekMake?** To be honest, even though there’s onboarding for each feature, it can still feel a bit overwhelming for a new manufacturer to use. The good part is that customer support is always active and ready to help manufacturers when needed. **What problems is SeekMake solving and how is that benefiting you?** Seekmake is helping me reach more people, and it’s also making things easier for them thanks to the instant quote feature. ### 2.
