SecurityOps Reviews & Product Details

SecurityOps is SIA guard management software built for UK security companies. It's a mobile-first platform that helps coordinate guards, shifts, and sites while handling compliance and oversight in one system. The main things it does: >> Attendance verification using layered signals - timestamped photos, GPS checked against each site's geofence, and optional NFC taps at entrances or checkpoints. >> Shift scheduling for security, site-locking, and regular shifts, including patrol intervals and checkpoints. >> Patrol monitoring with scheduled rounds, checkpoint proofs, and photo evidence tied to the officer and shift. >> SIA compliance automation - automatic licence checks against the official SIA register, real-time validation, non-compliance enforcement, and Working Time Directive monitoring. >> Timesheets that flow from sign-in/out data into payroll-ready hour summaries Supervisor and client dashboards showing live shift visibility, exceptions, and reports. It's operated by FusionSoftCom and is aimed at UK operations managers, supervisors, and admins who run manned guarding contracts and need audit-ready evidence rather than spreadsheets and group chats. Pricing isn't published — they scope proposals after a discovery call, and every tier includes unlimited guards, supervisors, and sites.
