The password's colours could also be changed which is a very thoughtful feature thus making the password even stronger. It fetches security information only after asking for the user's consent. **What do you dislike about SecureKey?** SecureKey has been very useful but one thing which could be improved is that there could be few demo videos to help users understand each and every feature of the software. **What problems is SecureKey solving and how is that benefiting you?** The credentials are kept very safely and protects the users from any fraudulent activities. There's also a notes section for any relevant information that isn't covered by any of the other options. The capacity to aggregate passwords together is one feature that is sadly lacking. The colours of each password can be changed, so you could utilise this feature instead, but there is still no way to filter these out, so you'll have to scroll down the list or enter the name you need in the search bar in either case. **What do you dislike about SecureKey?** In general, SecureKey lacks crucial features that many of its competitors offer, such as the option to group passwords together, which might be annoying for users who have a lot of them. **What problems is SecureKey solving and how is that benefiting you?** The process of creating passwords is simple; users can choose a password length of up to 32 characters (the default setting) and, if necessary, filter out capital letters, digits, or special characters. One feature that many of SecureKey's competitors already have that we'd like to see them implement is the ability to exchange passwords. Only the premium edition of Secure KEY features a sync feature that lets you access your passwords from other devices. ### 3. Though it's an Avast company, I was in confusion about choosing SucureKey. Because I was not clear about this software, then I decided to contact to support, and I did that. As I remember, the guy from the support team was Sandy. He was a champ, listened to me very gently and answered all my queries about SecureKey. **What do you dislike about SecureKey?** I visited the website of SecureKey before choosing it, but it disappointed me. They could improve the site or add some helpful videos on the homepage to give the right direction to the users. Although the site does not describe SecureKey adequately, this is excellent software, no doubt! **What problems is SecureKey solving and how is that benefiting you?** Secure key prevented fraudulent activity. Luckily, I didn't need to access it too often, just heard about my co-workers. They prefer the desktop version.
