What we like most is that it reduces “zero results” and understands customer intent beyond exact keywords. For example, searches like “electric SUV with good range,” “family hybrid,” or “cheap EV” can still surface relevant options even when the wording doesn’t match the vehicle title exactly. This makes it easier for customers to discover more models, compare alternatives, and move faster toward a buying decision. The AI Chat also creates more opportunities along the way. So far, there isn’t much to dislike. As with any AI-based search solution, it takes a bit of initial tuning to deliver the best results for a niche market like electric and hybrid vehicles. During onboarding, some synonyms, filters, and business rules need to be reviewed and adjusted. That said, the SearchMind team has been very responsive, and once everything is configured properly, the results improve quickly.
