**What do you like best about SearchAtlas?**

i've been managing SEO teams for about seven years and Search Atlas is the first platform that materially changed the shape of the work. OTTO does implementation that used to sit in my sprint queue for weeks. i'd find an issue, write it up, hand it off, chase it, verify. now most of that resolves inside the platform without me touching it.Coworker in Slack is the other big one. rank drops surface with a proposed fix already attached. i either approve or don't. that's the whole ticket lifecycle for probably 60% of what my team used to manage manually.Site Auditor is reliable. Topical Maps is how i plan quarterly. Backlink Analyzer i use less but it's there when i need it.

**What do you dislike about SearchAtlas?**

would love more granular controls on how OTTO decides which fixes to auto-apply vs surface for approval. right now the thresholds are configurable but not as fine-grained as i want for a large site.

**What problems is SearchAtlas solving and how is that benefiting you?**

my team was drowning in implementation work and starving for strategy time. that's a classic SEO team failure mode and it happens because the tooling doesn't do the work, it just tells you what work needs doing. Search Atlas actually does the work.
now my team spends the majority of their week on strategy and analysis instead of ticket clearing. our rankings are meaningfully better than a year ago, our AI search visibility is a metric we manage, and my headcount hasn't grown. that combination didn't exist before this platform.

**What do you like best about SearchAtlas?**

My job is producing meaningful content at a scale most C-suites don't believe is possible, and Search Atlas is the reason we can hold that promise. What made me a believer is that the content function no longer needs to be the biggest team in marketing to produce the most output. The platform absorbs a real portion of the work that used to require people.Content Genius V3 is where a lot of the drafting begins. Topical Maps is where every content quarter starts, because we can see the full topical landscape and where our authority is thin. Coworker is the workflow surface for the team. Someone posts a topic in Slack, the SERP research happens, the brief comes back, and if we sign off, the draft is written and graded before we've moved on to the next planning conversation.The other layer that matters at my level is LLM Visibility. We measure how our content shows up in ChatGPT and Perplexity now, which changes how we brief and how we prioritize. Content strategy in 2026 has to account for AI answer surfaces or it's not really strategy anymore.

**What do you dislike about SearchAtlas?**

Brand voice controls are the one area where I still want more. Our voice is specific and I still put my editors between the AI drafts and publication. That's fine, but if the platform could internalize brand voice guides more deeply, I'd reallocate editor time to other work.

**What problems is SearchAtlas solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The content function was structurally undersized for what the business needed from it. That's a common problem and the usual answers, hire more writers, buy more freelancers, are the answers that don't scale. Search Atlas is the answer that does. We produce more, at higher quality, with a team that hasn't grown proportionally. That equation is the one every content leader I know is trying to solve and hasn't.The other shift is qualitative. Our content strategy now includes AI search as a first-class distribution surface, which means we're producing pieces designed to be cited and referenced in AI answers, not just ranked in traditional search. That reframe is only possible because we can measure it, and the measurement lives in Search Atlas.Looking forward, the content operation is built around what the platform enables, not the other way around. That's the shift that matters.

**What do you like best about SearchAtlas?**

I've run organic search teams at three companies now and Search Atlas is the first platform that meaningfully changed what a good team can produce. The OTTO layer takes a real chunk of what used to be manual implementation off my leads, which means they're doing higher-order work instead of ticket clearing. Site Auditor is reliable. Rank tracking is where I'd want it. Topical Maps is how we plan.
Coworker is the newer piece and it's how the team surfaces and resolves rank movement now. Alert lands in Slack, fix is queued, someone approves, done. The whole cycle used to involve multiple people and a couple of days. LLM Visibility has been folded into how we think about the search function, which is a category shift. Organic search now means Google plus the AI answer surfaces, and we're one of the few teams I know that measures both natively.

**What do you dislike about SearchAtlas?**

Occasionally the priority scoring on suggested fixes doesn't match my intuition on what to work first. That's fixable and I do override it, but more transparency into how it's ranking recommended actions would help.

**What problems is SearchAtlas solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The organic function used to require more people than the business wanted to fund and produce less than the business wanted to see. Unsustainable position for any function. Search Atlas gave me capacity without headcount, which changed the negotiation with my leadership team.
The bigger structural change is that organic isn't a Google-only conversation anymore. AI search visibility is a first-class metric now, we can measure and improve it, and our category has enough traffic moving there that being invisible is not an option.

**What do you like best about SearchAtlas?**

most of my job is daily execution : keyword tracking, on-page checks, technical audits, competitive analysis, briefs to writers. Search Atlas made my day feel meaningfully different. tools i need are in one place and connected the way i actually needed them connected.
OTTO is doing implementation work that used to sit in my queue. LLM Visibility is where i spend more time every month because our director is asking about it more, and now i have real data to answer with.

**What do you dislike about SearchAtlas?**

reporting. for analysis work i want to slice by more dimensions than the default views allow and i still export to spreadsheets more often than i should for a platform with this much data underneath. filters could be sharper. it's the one part of my week that hasn't improved with the switch which is why 4.

**What problems is SearchAtlas solving and how is that benefiting you?**

old version of my job involved a lot of moving between tools. the cost wasn't in any one moment, it was in the shape of my day. now i have more time for actual analysis and less time in the operational glue between platforms.

**What do you like best about SearchAtlas?**

I run a consulting practice that helps mid-market gaming companies deploy applied AI, and marketing is where I get the most calls. For the last year my advice has increasingly involved pointing clients toward Search Atlas as the closest thing to a reference architecture for what an agentic marketing operation should look like.
Atlas Agent is the piece that shifts the conversation with skeptical operators. When a client watches an outcome get planned and executed across channels from a single prompt, the debate about whether AI can produce operational leverage in marketing effectively ends. LLM Visibility is what convinces the ones focused on brand and category positioning, because they can finally see where they stand in AI answers instead of speculating.

**What do you dislike about SearchAtlas?**

For consulting work I'd love a lightweight partner surface. Something that lets me run pilots for prospective clients without needing them to fully commit to a workspace. Niche ask.

**What problems is SearchAtlas solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most of my clients come to me with the same problem. They know AI is going to change how marketing operates but they don't know what to do about it. Buying a chatbot didn't work. Adding an AI feature to their existing stack didn't work. Search Atlas is the first platform I can confidently point them at as a working answer to the question they've been asking.
For me personally, having a platform I trust means I can focus my engagement on operating model and change management rather than tool selection. That's higher-value work and my clients get better outcomes.

Was told to use this, was ready to be annoyed. wasn't. Coworker lives in Slack, i message it about a page that dropped in rankings, it comes back with what changed and the fixes it wants to run. i say go, it goes. first day.

**What do you dislike about SearchAtlas?**

This is where i'm docking a star. there's a lot going on and it's not always clear which features are for me vs the seniors. clicked into sections that had nothing to do with my work and had to figure it out by trial. also i keep finding features by accident which is fun but also not how i want to learn a tool. a role-specific tour would help.

**What problems is SearchAtlas solving and how is that benefiting you?**

speed mostly. everything i used to do across four tabs happens in one or two now. also the AI search visibility stuff didn't know we could measure that before and now i include it in reports.

**What do you like best about SearchAtlas?**

My remit is to find applied AI across the business that produces measurable operational leverage, and Search Atlas has been the most defensible investment in the marketing category. This isn't a general model wrapped in a UI. It's a purpose-built system with real data feeds, real actions, and a clear operating model.
Atlas Agent is the strongest example of production-ready agentic execution I've deployed inside a marketing function. It takes high-level objectives, plans across channels, and executes with visibility into what it's doing at every step. From a governance perspective, that visibility is what made procurement approve it. Coworker is a natural extension of that. Same underlying execution capability, exposed inside Slack where the team already operates.
LLM Visibility is the piece that will matter more every quarter. Our category is shifting into AI answer surfaces faster than most and the ability to measure and act on that is what will separate winners from losers over the next three years.

**What do you dislike about SearchAtlas?**

Enterprise controls are strong but I'd want more granular audit logging for Atlas Agent and Coworker actions. When something is executing autonomously across channels I want a full ledger of decisions and I know that's coming based on conversations with their team. Not blocking, but naming it.

**What problems is SearchAtlas solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The core problem was that our marketing organization was accumulating AI point solutions faster than we could integrate them, and none of them talked to each other. We had five tools claiming to be AI-powered and no coherent execution layer underneath. That's the classic pattern that produces spend without leverage.
Search Atlas replaced that fragmentation with a single agentic system that actually runs work. My marketing peers now have execution capacity they didn't have twelve months ago, and our AI search visibility is a measurable, managed asset rather than a hopeful assumption. From an operating standpoint, we've moved AI in marketing from "experiments" to "infrastructure," and that shift is the reason my team can defend the investment to finance quarter after quarter.

OTTO handles a lot of the on-page and schema work i used to write tickets for and then chase engineering about two sprints later. now most of that lives in the platform and fixes deploy without a JIRA thread. that alone changed my week.
Coworker is the newer piece and it's changed how the team responds to ranking movement. alert lands in Slack, fix is queued, someone approves, it deploys. two-day cycle involving three people is now maybe an hour.

**What do you dislike about SearchAtlas?**

reporting customization is where i want more. for technical audits i sometimes need to slice the data differently than the default views allow and end up exporting to spreadsheets. for a platform this capable i'd expect the report builder to be more flexible. also granular crawl scheduling for large sites would be welcome. these aren't dealbreakers but they're the reason i'm not at 5.

**What problems is SearchAtlas solving and how is that benefiting you?**

technical work isn't a silo anymore. i can see how a fix affects AI search visibility, not just Google rankings, which used to be a separate investigation. changed what i prioritize because i know which issues are actually holding back visibility across channels.

**What do you like best about SearchAtlas?**

Coworker changed my day-to-day more than any tool switch I can remember. I'll post a topic in Slack, it pulls the top ranking pages, identifies what they're not covering, drafts a brief with the gaps built in, and once I approve it, produces a draft graded against what's live. What used to be four working sessions across three tools is now one thread I can watch on my phone.
Topical Maps is where I plan. I use it to figure out which clusters we should own versus which ones aren't worth the fight. Having that view before I brief anything means I'm not producing content that competes with itself, which used to happen more than I'd like to admit.
Content Genius has gotten strong enough that I use it as a first-draft partner rather than a novelty. The V3 improvements are noticeable, especially on longer pieces.

**What do you dislike about SearchAtlas?**

More nuanced brand voice controls would be the one thing I'd add. Coworker's drafts are structurally excellent but voice is where I still edit. If I could feed it more of our voice guidelines and have it internalize them properly, I'd cut another chunk of editing time.

**What problems is SearchAtlas solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Content programs live or die by whether the pieces you produce actually land. Before Search Atlas we produced a lot and hoped. Now I know before we brief whether a topic is worth attacking, and I know before we publish whether the draft is strong enough to compete. The guesswork got squeezed out of the middle.
We're publishing at roughly the same cadence as before but the pieces are performing measurably better. That's the honest version.

**What do you like best about SearchAtlas?**

Search Atlas earned its seat by replacing several others, then earned more room by letting me sell services I couldn't credibly sell before.
OTTO does most of the on-page and technical work my team used to bill hours for, which sounds like it should hurt margin but doesn't because we've moved up-market. Clients now pay us for strategy and outcomes rather than implementation. Portfolio Summary lets me see across every client at once, which used to be a Monday morning of pulling reports.
Coworker is the newer piece and my PMs love it. They message it about a client's rankings and it comes back with the analysis and the fix already queued. My team is smaller than my competitors' and delivering more. That's the pitch to my prospects now.

**What do you dislike about SearchAtlas?**

When a new capability launches I want a better in-platform way to see how it applies to my specific client mix without hunting through announcements.

**What problems is SearchAtlas solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agencies were getting squeezed. Clients were paying us for work that increasingly looked like software, and if I didn’t restructure what we sold, I was going to lose to platforms clients could operate themselves.

Now we run AI search visibility as a paid service, which nobody in my competitive set was doing eighteen months ago. We’re able to deliver more for each client without adding people, and that’s what keeps the numbers working. At this point I’ve onboarded almost every active client onto Search Atlas, and the ones who resisted are the same ones I’m losing anyway. That tells me something.
