# Has anyone else had issues with SearchAtlas hurting rankings and lacking support?

I had a really bad experience with SearchAtlas overall. The service felt poor, ranking abilities were terrible, support was missing, and there were too many bugs. It didn’t solve anything for me and I ended up losing the Google ranking I already had. Have others seen ranking drops or similar issues, and what did you do next?
