Key capabilities • Automatic SDS data extraction — Data from SDS PDFs is automatically extracted and converted into structured, searchable information, reducing manual data entry. More than 30 languages are supported, with extraction refined over years of work on real, multi-format archives. • Centralized SDS repository — Current and historical SDS versions are stored in a single cloud environment and organized by company, site, department or any business criterion. • Tailored approval workflows — New and revised SDS follow traceable approval processes, with roles, steps and notifications defined with you during implementation, including version-to-version PDF comparison and a complete audit trail. • Chemical and regulatory monitoring — Substances found in your SDS are automatically checked against public ECHA lists, California Proposition 65 and other industry or company-specific watchlists. Alerts and periodic reports highlight new entries and changes tied to new products or regulatory updates, and chemical classification (ranking) tools rank substances and products by hazard. • Supplier collaboration — Manage and track requests to suppliers and manufacturers for missing or updated SDS, with their status and full history; suppliers can be given access without creating an account. Nonconformities found in an SDS are reported to the supplier, and the related communication and documentation are retained with the document, supporting the record-keeping of supply chain communication required by REACH art. 36. Declarations of conformity on the products supplied are collected from suppliers in structured form. • SDS Search & Load — Identify the Safety Data Sheets that are missing or superseded in your archive according to criteria you set, open single or bulk requests to suppliers and manufacturers, manage follow-ups and track each request through to the filing of the updated document. It can be used directly by your own team or delegated to ours, and every step remains traceable either way. • Worker access to current SDS — Authorized users reach the latest approved SDS through a responsive web interface, from desktop and mobile, wherever they work, with no app to install. • Traceable SDS delivery — Support the controlled, documented distribution of your own Safety Data Sheets to your customers and downstream recipients, with reminders and proof of delivery (REACH art. 31). SDS-Delivery can be used together with the SDS archive or on its own, by companies whose need is downstream delivery only. • Integrations and access control — A multilingual web interface, SSO (Single Sign-On) and integrations through REST APIs and Web Services enable bidirectional queries and updates with ERP, purchasing and EHS systems. Access is governed by roles and permissions, and document actions are traceable. Optional services are available for archive assessment, data cleaning and start-up.
