Scratch Reviews & Product Details

Scratch Financial, Inc. (Scratchpay) is the leader in payment processing and financing for veterinary practices across the United States and Canada. Headquartered in Pasadena, California, Scratch partners with over 17,000 veterinary hospitals to help pet owners afford the care their pets need through transparent, flexible payment plans — while giving practices a modern, integrated payments platform. Scratch offers two core products: Scratch Pay, a consumer financing solution with plans from $200–$10,000 over 12–36 month terms, and Scratch Checkout, a full-stack payment processing platform built specifically for veterinary practices. The platform includes PIMS workflows, text-to-pay and email-to-pay functionality, recurring subscription plans, mobile terminals, and a unified practice dashboard. At Scratch, we do not require our partners to pay setup costs or enter into long-term contracts. Scratch is committed to removing the financial barrier between pets and the care they need. For pet owners, it means saying yes to treatment today and paying over time on a schedule that works. For practices, it means higher case acceptance, streamlined checkout workflows, and significant savings on payment processing fees
