We increased the scope and the price increased a small amount. In fact, the scrape was for more data than we predicted but Scrapelabs maintained their pricing. **What do you dislike about Scrapelabs?** Nothing to not like! The data was delivered in the formats that we requested. **Recommendations to others considering Scrapelabs:** Discuss your needs with them carefully and make sure the scope and delivery are clear. You won't go wrong. **What problems is Scrapelabs solving and how is that benefiting you?** I needed to interrogate a website to discover the customer base for a utility and its geographic spread. The results from Scrapelabs were extremely helpful giving a good overall picture of the utility. ### 2. The only solution the developers of the old software offered us was to manually look at each of the 3200 email reports & copy/paste them into text files. This would have taken one employee two full work-weeks to complete, if we were lucky. Scrapelabs offered us a solution to copy-and-paste all of these emails into text files hosted in the cloud and to link them to each emails' entry in a spreadsheet, so that we can easily look up an email by date, subject line, open rate, etc. (these were stats we could easily export) and then simply click on the link in the entry to view the body of the email. They quoted us a price that was less than 1/3 of what other companies quoted us at. Plus, they got it done is just a few days (over the Christmas holiday weekend, nonetheless!) We could not have asked for a better or faster solution for a fairer price! **What do you like best about Scrapelabs?** The speed, the price, and the completeness of the work! **What do you dislike about Scrapelabs?** Absolutely nothing. We're dead serious - we do not have a single complaint about their service! **What problems is Scrapelabs solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were able to save over a thousand dollars in wages (if not more) by not having to have our employees spend time on manually copying-and-pasting 3200 emails. Also, we're going to save time, money, and effort in the future by being able to reuse our best emails and by implementing effective marketing strategies by studying our data. ### 6. It has been incredible working with such dedicated people and the end result is just as good. All the scraped information is correct and delivered on time (and sometimes even before!) **What do you dislike about Scrapelabs?** Because it is a 1-on-1 service, it is necessary to send emails to request new scraping services as there are no automated forms **What problems is Scrapelabs solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm scraping several internet properties on a regular schedule.
