Schedule Forge Reviews & Product Details

Schedule Forge is production scheduling software offering capacity planning and material date visibility for manufacturing operations. It combines AI with a verification-based scheduling engine to validate recommendations before presenting them. A drag-and-drop interface allows rescheduling with real-time updates on dates and conflicts. The AI evaluates workflows, labor, overtime, and inventory to meet production deadlines. The software supports chain-based and parallel scheduling, forward and backward approaches, and anchoring of in-progress work. Configurable views include Gantt charts, a six-week capacity heatmap, and cross-view data tables. Build plan previews enable review before committing, with BOM explosion and material shortage identification. Features include inventory reorder management, printable travelers, CRM views, seat-based team access, order backflushing, and vendor coordination. Per-operation settings provide precise control over scheduling parameters.
