"Superb Platform for Dynamic QR Codes"

What do you like best about Scanova?

My company has been using Scanova for nearly five years, during which we’ve created over 30,000 dynamic QR codes for our printed materials. Their API for creating and modifying QR codes — including custom QR codes — is straightforward and extremely useful for our production workflows. Although I’m relatively new to the programming realm, I’ve had no issues tapping into their API through simple desktop scripts, which speaks to how well it’s designed.

Equally impressive is their support team. They are extremely prompt in addressing any concerns, and on several occasions, they’ve even implemented enhancements to accommodate some fairly esoteric requirements unique to our print advertising workflows. What do you dislike about Scanova?

There’s honestly very little I dislike about Scanova. If I had to pick something, it would be the 100-character limit on QR code filenames. That said, it’s a minor issue and easily addressed on our end through simple desktop scripting to keep filenames within the limit. I’ve never raised this with their support team because the limitation is well-defined and manageable, so it hardly feels fair to classify it as a true “dislike.” Overall, the platform delivers exactly what we need. What problems is Scanova solving and how is that benefiting you?

Scanova has enabled us to integrate QR code creation and modification seamlessly into our desktop workflows using their API. This allows our designers to generate and update thousands of QR codes quickly and accurately, without leaving their design tools. "Ease and Customization at the Top"

What do you like best about Scanova?

I love how Scanova simplifies the process of creating QR codes, making what is often considered complex incredibly easy and fast. I greatly appreciate the ease of customization offered, such as being able to add my association's link and logo to the QR code, which is essential for my event. The ability to choose the size of the QR code and customize its logo gives me flexibility that I find very useful. Additionally, the customer service is exceptionally friendly, which gives me even more confidence in using the product. All of this makes the overall experience perfect, facilitating operations that could otherwise be a hindrance. By using Scanova in tandem with Canva to create posters including these QR codes, I benefit from a harmonious compatibility between the software, which enhances my efficiency. The email used for my account isnt my daily one, so when I forward myself the analytics results email, I cant click view details without logging out of my current email and into another one. What do you like best about Scanova?

Being a Scanova subscriber, I use this tool to create QR codes which can be tracked through its analytics menu. This process is typically intuitive and user friendly. However, there was a technical issue downloading the analytics as a pdf file -- which provides easy to use dashboard results most useful to our clients.

I reached out for their assistance in the matter, and received a quick response from Jasvinder Singh. Jasvinder reviewed the issue and fast-tracked the ticket to their IT, then sent progress reports as to the timing of the resolution.
