## SBL Reviews
 ### 1. Amazing LinkedIn Outreach App with Fully Customizable Campaigns

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aleksandr S. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about SBL?**

It’s an amazing app for LinkedIn outreach.

From a functionality standpoint, you can customize it however you want and make it operate like a version of yourself. In my experience, it’s better than AI that simply clones you.

You can set up campaigns in whatever way fits your process. It may take some time to dial in, but if you already have a solid messaging system, strong copy, and well‑established activity that drives bookings, it can effectively replace you 100%.

There’s always room for improvement, but I’d love to see more app developers like SBL build additional tools for Instagram and Google Business outreach—specifically, a solid app that sends messages, tracks results, and delivers top‑notch performance.

Buy it and use it; you’ll definitely feel more confident and consistent when it comes to getting attention for your services and products on LinkedIn.

**What do you dislike about SBL?**

I would like a better UI design and more tips on how to navigate and work with leads. Overall, it’s a good option.

**What problems is SBL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They make videos that explain the features, which is good and helpful.

 ### 2. Simple, Reliable Outreach Automation That Consistently Books Meetings

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jitin K. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about SBL?**

It keeps the entire outreach process simple without sacrificing results. Setting up campaigns is straightforward, personalization is easy to manage, and the automation feels natural rather than spammy. I also appreciate how reliable it has been. Once a campaign is live, I don't have to constantly monitor or troubleshoot it. As someone targeting a very niche market, SBL has helped me consistently book meetings with the right prospects, which is ultimately what matters most.

**What do you dislike about SBL?**

Honestly, there isn't much to dislike so far. If I had to point out one thing, I'd say I'd love to see even more native integrations and a few more advanced reporting options for tracking campaign performance. The current analytics cover the essentials, but having deeper insights would make optimization even easier. Other than that, my experience over the past couple of months has been very positive.

**What problems is SBL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SBL is solving one of the biggest challenges in outbound sales for us. Reaching the right people consistently without spending hours on manual prospecting and follow-ups. Since I work in a very niche industry, finding qualified prospects and booking meetings isn't easy. SBL has streamlined that entire process by helping me automate outreach while still keeping it personalized.

The biggest benefit for me has been the time I've saved and the increase in qualified meetings. Instead of worrying about sending emails or managing follow-ups manually, I can focus on having conversations with prospects and growing my business. It's become a dependable part of my lead generation process.

 ### 3. Easy-to-Use LinkedIn Outreach That Delivers Real ROI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luis U. | VP, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about SBL?**

SBL makes it really easy to get started with, and run, a LinkedIn campaign.

I haven’t tried the entire software suite yet, but I am using the LinkedIn outreach feature and I love that it includes voice notes. I’ve already landed three deals from it.

The interface is very easy to use. Some of the wording feels a little off for an American speaker, which I found odd, but the Slack channel always gets me the right answers when I need help.

So far, my ROI has already been a few thousand dollars. The tool performs well and does what it’s supposed to do.

I haven’t integrated my CRM(s) or calendar yet, but I can see the value of those integrations.

The AI can get pretty aggressive about booking meetings, so I turned it off as a responder. I take over responses once someone asks a question or replies.

Overall, it’s a great tool, and I can’t wait to see how it continues to develop.

**What do you dislike about SBL?**

I do think the AI was a little aggressive in booking meetings. So when someone responded it kept pushing for it.

I simply turned auto responder off and it was fine.

Other than that, all good!

**What problems is SBL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool automated LinkedIn outreach for me and my sales team.

 ### 4. Best Response Rates and Effortless Multi-Account LinkedIn Outreach with Second Brain Labs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about SBL?**

Second Brain Labs has delivered the best response rates of any LinkedIn automation tool we’ve tried. The platform makes it easy to manage outreach across multiple LinkedIn accounts, which has been incredibly valuable for our team. We can scale our campaigns while keeping everything organized in one place. It’s reliable, effective, and has made managing our LinkedIn outreach much easier.

**What do you dislike about SBL?**

There is always room for additional features and refinements, but we haven’t experienced any major issues. Overall, the platform has worked extremely well for our needs.

**What problems is SBL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Second Brain Labs helps us manage and scale LinkedIn outreach across multiple accounts without creating a complicated workflow. It saves our team time, keeps our outreach organized, and—most importantly—has generated better response rates than the other tools we’ve used. That has helped us start more conversations and get better results from LinkedIn.

 ### 5. Fast and Easy Way to Launch a Highly Effective LinkedIn Campaign

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan S. | Founder & Head Coach, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about SBL?**

It's the easiest way to launch a solid Linkedin Campaign. Although the credits are slightly limiting, but with enough thought with the campaign building and enhancements using their AI and promptings, you'll have a highly effective campaign in no time.

**What do you dislike about SBL?**

The one-time credits are one of the drawbacks, and before, the ability to track and make sure that the lead has the right updated industry. Also the inability to have phone numbers fetched also even just the business mobile or number so we can have one point of contact at least.

**What problems is SBL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead generation and it saves me time on creating campaigns from scratch. It benefits me, because as a solopreneur, my time is very limited in a lot of ways. But, just the fact that it's saving me time is enough.

 ### 6. Persuasive AI Chat That Smooths Prospect Replies and Saves Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ionel T. | coach, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2026

**What do you like best about SBL?**

the persuasive AI chat model acts like a trained sales representative. when a prospect replies, the Ai takes care of part of the job for me, which makes the process smoother and saves me some effort.

**What do you dislike about SBL?**

sometimes the automated lead generation engine struggles with geographic and niche specificity. It tends to pull prospect lists that are too broad or don’t match what I’m targeting.

**What problems is SBL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

jumping into LinkedIn every time a prospect replies destroys my deep, uninterrupted focus. SBL reads incoming prospect replies, dynamically addresses baseline inquiries, and handles common objections using context-aware reasoning. as a consultant solopreneur, I need to be intentional about where my attention goes, and this helps me stay focused without missing important replies.

 ### 7. Intelligent Automation that Converts Leads Effectively

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ujjwal C. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2026

**What do you like best about SBL?**

I like how flexible and intelligent SBL is. The AI can be trained with our knowledge-based messaging style and objection handling, making conversations feel natural instead of robotic. The Smart Auto feature is my favorite; it automatically engages with prospects who have gone silent and helps recover conversions that might have been lost, turning warm leads into booked appointments. I also appreciate that everything is in one place, from phone connection requests and AI conversation to lead scraping and appointment booking, which saves us a lot of time instead of juggling multiple tools. Setting it up was very easy as well; everything was pretty much handled for us.

**What do you dislike about SBL?**

I don't have many complaints since the product is evolving quickly, but there are occasional small bugs or UI glitches. For example, the mobile version is not working as well as I'd like. Occasionally, some pages take a little longer to load or require a refresh after making changes. These are mostly minor inconsistencies rather than major problems, and they don't significantly affect my outreach because the product is improving rapidly.

**What problems is SBL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SBL helps us handle outreach with its smart follow-up system that converts leads effectively. The AI boosts engagement to recover conversions. It centralizes all processes, saving time by combining functions like lead scraping and appointment booking in one place.

 ### 8. Targeted LinkedIn Outreach Made More Structured and Scalable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2026

**What do you like best about SBL?**

What I like best about SBL is that it combines lead identification, personalized LinkedIn outreach and follow-ups in one platform.

For my client, we use it to target specific decision-makers such as factory owners, plant managers, production heads and procurement professionals in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

This saves us considerable time compared with manually searching for prospects and contacting them individually. It has made our outreach more focused, organized and scalable while helping us avoid generic mass messaging. Yes, it is worth the price if LinkedIn is an important part of your sales strategy. SBL combines prospect research, personalised messaging, campaign management and automated follow-ups in one platform. The time saved on manual prospecting and repetitive outreach makes it good value for businesses that use it consistently.

**What do you dislike about SBL?**

The main limitation is that campaigns for specialized industrial markets require some initial testing and refinement.

Not every suggested lead matches our ideal customer profile perfectly, so we still review prospects before outreach begins. More precise filtering, stronger exclusion controls and clearer explanations of why each lead was selected would make the process faster.

However, this has not prevented us from getting value from the platform.

**What problems is SBL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using SBL, identifying the right prospects and managing personalized LinkedIn outreach required considerable manual research and follow-up.

This was particularly challenging for us because we target a specialized industrial audience across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. SBL helps us identify relevant decision-makers, organize outreach campaigns and maintain consistent follow-ups from one platform.

As a result, our small marketing team can run a more structured and targeted prospecting process, save time on repetitive work and focus more attention on qualified conversations.

 ### 9. Versatile LinkedIn Campaign Tool with AI and Voice Cloning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark S. | Product Manager CASE Tools, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about SBL?**

I like SBL's broad range of features and rules, which allow me to use AI while also setting up rules for what should or shouldn't be applied in responses. One special feature I find interesting is the ability to clone my voice to provide voice answers to prospects. This feature adds something new to the mix and helps me engage better by giving a slightly more personalized response. I'm currently testing out these different functionalities to find the best mix of what works. Also, the initial setup was pretty easy, which I appreciated.

**What do you dislike about SBL?**

I live in Switzerland where there are four official languages, possibly five including English. Language is a concern for me, and I believe more can be done regarding language support. I had some minor issues with the setup, like needing more clarity on the different parts, specifically distinguishing between automated posting and AI posting. Sometimes it's unclear what the next post is or where I'm doing a voice-cloned post because, occasionally, the preview doesn't show it. These minor adjustments could turn this into a great product.

**What problems is SBL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SBL to automatically create LinkedIn posts in response to likes and comments, allowing for efficient LinkedIn outreach campaigns.

 ### 10. Supercharges LinkedIn Outreach with Smart AI

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel I. | Chief Executive Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about SBL?**

I like how SBL saves me a ton of time with its AI capabilities. It helps me find leads, send connection requests, qualify prospects, and guide interested people to book a discovery call. The AI also automatically responds to incoming messages which means I don't have to reply to every message myself. This lets me focus on talking only to qualified leads instead of spending hours managing conversations. I also found the setup of SBL to be easy and straightforward, and the video guide was really helpful in walking me through each step.

**What do you dislike about SBL?**

Overall, I’m happy with SBL. But I think the AI could be a bit smarter when handling more complex conversations. I would like to see the AI better understand prospect profiles before reaching out or responding. For example, I once contacted someone who wasn’t a good fit, and they were annoyed because it looked like I hadn’t taken the time to understand what they do. It would be helpful if the AI could analyze a prospect's profile to identify what they do and ensure they are a good fit.

**What problems is SBL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SBL saves me a ton of time by using AI to find leads, send requests, and guide interested people to book calls, so I spend time only on qualified leads rather than managing conversations.

 ### 11. Streamlined LinkedIn Outreach with Intuitive UI

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrea M. | Strategic Growth Advisor, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about SBL?**

I love how SBL organizes and runs structured LinkedIn outreach campaigns with a clear workflow. The chat flow is super relevant and the quality of responses is great. The platform's visibility into sentiment, objections, friction, and engagement is really helpful for refining campaigns, reducing guesswork. I'm very happy with how it supports highly customized, personalized messages, which aid in networking and establishing connections. Overall, it's been very useful, and the team is quite responsive. I appreciate being able to turn outreach into a structured, testable, and scalable process. The platform’s user interface and experience are very nice, making it easy to create better personalized messages and campaigns. The initial setup went great and was easy, thanks to the excellent UX and UI.

**What do you dislike about SBL?**

Sometimes curated leads miss the mark. I'm trying to find out about very specific professionals, and it's not always accurate or comprehensive. It seems like it shouldn't be a difficult fix, maybe just a better understanding of the targeting needed.

**What problems is SBL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SBL to organize and run LinkedIn outreach campaigns with structured workflows, content creation, and messaging strategies. It provides valuable insights into sentiment and engagement, reducing guesswork and improving campaign effectiveness over time.

 ### 12. Great AI automation with minor rough edges

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Outsourcing/Offshoring | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about SBL?**

I really like how powerful and intuitive the AI-driven automation is, especially for LinkedIn outreach and lead generation. It saves our team hours of manual work by handling the initial contact and follow-ups in a way that still feels personalized and natural. The setup was quick, and it is a massive help for scaling our sales workflow

**What do you dislike about SBL?**

While the platform is highly effective, it is not 100% perfect yet. There are occasional minor bugs in the user interface, and I would love to see even more advanced filtering options for lead lists. The team seems to update the software frequently, so it is constantly improving, but a few areas still feel a bit rough around the edges.

**What problems is SBL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SBL solves the time-consuming bottleneck of cold outreach and lead prospecting. Instead of manually searching for leads and sending individual messages, the tool automates the entire initial workflow. The main benefit for us is a massive time-saving effect and a much more consistent pipeline of sales opportunities, allowing us to focus entirely on closing deals.

 ### 13. AI-powered outreach that delivers real conversations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Colin C. | Director of Industry Development, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about SBL?**

What I like best about SBL is that it’s the first AI-powered LinkedIn outreach tool I’ve used that actually feels like it can hold genuine conversations. Once the initial setup is complete, the AI takes over and engages prospects in a natural, context-aware way based on the information you’ve provided. It’s helped me start and maintain far more conversations than I was managing on my own.

**What do you dislike about SBL?**

The biggest challenge is the initial setup and onboarding. There are quite a few steps involved, and it can feel a little awkward until everything is configured properly. There is definitely a learning curve, especially if you’re new to AI-driven outreach. That said, once you’ve invested the time to get it set up correctly, it runs very smoothly and the results have made the upfront effort worthwhile.

**What problems is SBL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SBL solves one of the biggest challenges in LinkedIn prospecting: finding the time to consistently engage with new connections and keep conversations moving. Before using it, I struggled to maintain regular outreach while balancing everything else in my role. Now, the AI handles those conversations in a natural, personalized way, allowing me to engage with far more prospects without them feeling like they’re receiving automated messages.

The biggest benefit for me has been increased engagement and more meaningful conversations, while freeing up my time to focus on qualified opportunities and customer meetings rather than spending hours sending follow-ups.

 ### 14. Empowers LinkedIn Outreach with Human Touch

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark Y. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about SBL?**

I think the main thing I like about SBL is its conversational aspect. We've moved away from the one-stage, pitch-heavy messaging style, like sending message one, message two, and so on, which people are really bored of. SBL allows for actual conversations with prospects, making it feel more human. This back-and-forth process helps build a deeper trust than just one-way messaging. Also, I found SBL very easy to set up, and it's really easy technology to understand.

**What do you dislike about SBL?**

There's so much on SBL that I still feel like we've scratched the surface. There wasn't too much training information. You know, I think there's a twenty-five minute video that gets most people up and started. But I'd really like to see them create additional training videos on how to use SBL.

**What problems is SBL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SBL to save time finding new opportunities for over 50 clients by automating outreach, building lists, and creating messaging. It helps us report on what works and what doesn't, enhancing our LinkedIn marketing efforts.

 ### 15. Efficiency in Lead Generation with Ease of Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** William T. | Criação de páginas de vendas, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about SBL?**

I like the SBL credit purchase model, which seems very interesting to me for startup data and connection requests, and it is better than a subscription-only model. Automation on LinkedIn with SBL makes it much easier to handle multiple accounts at the same time thanks to the user-friendly interface that is simple to use. Additionally, the setup process was very easy and the support is very friendly.

**What do you dislike about SBL?**

I think the issue of list generation by the tool itself leaves a bit to be desired.

**What problems is SBL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The SBL solves the problem of managing multiple accounts at the same time, with a user-friendly and easy-to-use interface.

 ### 16. Transformative LinkedIn Outreach with Impressive AI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sean D. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about SBL?**

I find the intent-based data in SBL really valuable for creating relevant connections through content. The ability to engage with posts based on relevancy, thanks to its AI features, stands out to me. I also appreciate how the AI can be trained to accurately represent our brand's voice and adjust the salesiness levels. The ability to pull leads is excellent, and the fact that these features work together to automate processes is important to us. It's impressive that this is the first LinkedIn campaign yielding results, with consistently engaged people, booked appointments, and even proposals sent out within weeks of using it. The initial setup was very easy and a pain-free process, which I find appealing.

**What do you dislike about SBL?**

Honestly nothing.

**What problems is SBL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SBL to get organic outreach results, engaging prospects on LinkedIn in authentic ways for both our agency and clients.

 ### 17. Cost-Effective Outreach with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ken K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about SBL?**

I like the cost-effectiveness of SBL for outreach and the customized way we can craft campaigns. Compared to other services that cost significantly more and aren't necessarily more effective, SBL is a fraction of that cost and still performs in a similar fashion.

**What do you dislike about SBL?**

The onboarding process is lacking. They don't seem to have a user manual, and there was a charge for an onboarding call with poor follow-up. I only got a 20-minute YouTube video to figure things out on my own. I think there needs to be a more structured onboarding and training strategy to help people use the tool effectively. Also, there's a learning curve that could be smoothed out.

**What problems is SBL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SBL automates my social media outreach, helping me stay consistent with marketing. It saves me money by using AI generator automation.

 ### 18. SBL.SO Was a No-Brainer Alternative with Lots to Explore

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Deirdre M. | co-founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about SBL?**

I was actively looking for something when SBL.SO came on my radar. Was a no-brainer alternative to some other recommended options.

**What do you dislike about SBL?**

I'm still trying to work my way round the system. There's a lot to it, which is the best worst thing, I guess....

**What problems is SBL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've been terrible at all of the things that SBL is designed to do - we're making a concerted effort with outreach, and that's something this tool is assisting with. Additionally, the assisted campaign build is pretty helpful, esp for newbs in the art.

 ### 19. A Very Useful Tool That Makes LinkedIn Outreach Manageable

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about SBL?**

A very useful tool for LinkedIn outreach. I use several tools and have tried quite a few, and only a handful work as well as SBL. For that reason, it’s definitely worth giving it a try. We use it in our daily outreach, and it does what we need it to do.

**What do you dislike about SBL?**

The pricing isn’t transparent and seems to change constantly. It’s also unclear which features are actually included in the price, especially for Appsumo LifetimeDeal users. I believe there will be a lot of upsells for LTD users just to keep using this tool after a few months.

**What problems is SBL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s possible to reach out to hundreds of LinkedIn contacts, and once everything is set up, it works really well.

 ### 20. Effortless Job Hunting with Smart Automation

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Md. Nahid Hasan M. | Software Engineer

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about SBL?**

I find the AI feature of SBL very convincing because it automatically chats with recruiters even when I'm offline. It ensures that communication continues and it does this by extending the information that I've initially provided, so it's not just random. This automation really helps me because previously reaching out to recruiters manually was time-consuming. Additionally, the initial setup of SBL, though involving quite a few steps, was ultimately easy and worth it.

**What do you dislike about SBL?**

The MCP support is not yet properly implemented. So the MCP support would make it easy to run a campaign. The MCP support is only partial as of now.

**What problems is SBL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SBL automates communication with recruiters, saving time by eliminating the need for manual outreach.

 ### 21. SBL: Time-Saving with Customizable Campaign Rules

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about SBL?**

I like setting up different rules for a campaign, which allows me to see how it's responding and adjust it to respond more like I would. This feature helps me feel more confident in the responses to potential prospects and ensures it sounds more personal, not just like a generic AI. It doesn't force me into a specific sales model, allowing it to be more natural and supportive for the prospects. The initial setup of SBL was pretty easy, which I found convenient.

**What do you dislike about SBL?**

It'd be awesome if there was the capability to track links to see if there's a click on a link or connect to my booking system, so I know when a prospect books a call with me or a boss. Also, I'm using SBL with MCP in Claude and it's connecting and works, but I'm noticing that it's missing or inconsistent on picking up when there needs to be human interaction.

**What problems is SBL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SBL automates the mundane task of prospecting, saving me time by identifying interested leads. It helps me feel confident in responses and ensures they sound more like me instead of a generic AI.

 ### 22. Smart Connection Sequencing and Flexible Request Withdrawal

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ranjit . | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about SBL?**

The smart sequence for the new connection. As far as all the tools I have used so far, I found there are only handful which lets you withdraw the connection request if the other party has not accepted

**What do you dislike about SBL?**

I think they can work on improving analytics part

**What problems is SBL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me reach out to business owners on auto mode. Infact, it also has smart AI mode which replies automatically and handles the rejections

 ### 23. Empowers LinkedIn Outreach with Intuitive Features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dexin Y. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about SBL?**

I like that SBL has a passive ecosystem of growth, which doesn't just blast messages but also sends follow-up links that guide prospects directly to my website and e-course registration. It feels human and gives a very good final touch. It's easy to set up, which makes the entire process smooth.

**What do you dislike about SBL?**

I hope they could have more support, like chat support on the website, just in case I run into some problems.

**What problems is SBL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SBL to introduce my business to potential clients through LinkedIn. It creates a passive growth ecosystem by sending follow-up links that direct prospects to my website and e-courses, feeling human and enhancing my outreach.

 ### 24. SBL Makes LinkedIn Outreach Easy to Scale with Smart Automation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jose Carlos E. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about SBL?**

SBL makes LinkedIn outreach much easier to manage and scale. I especially like the automation, the ability to personalize conversations, and how it helps maintain a natural follow-up process without requiring constant manual work.

**What do you dislike about SBL?**

There is very little to dislike. As the platform continues to evolve, it would be helpful to have even more reporting options and customization features, but overall the experience has been very positive.

It would be helpful if one could assign leads that are in the campaign to a certain phase in one's own sales process. And also mark messages with other leads as unread. The initial setup took a while because there were many levels where things could be configured. I believe that someone who is not so tech- or marketing-savvy would have problems setting it all up.
