SB Assistant Reviews & Product Details

SB Assistant is a software suite for small US service businesses: three apps, one account, one login, one bill. SB Time Tracker: live timers, manual entry, and calendar views. Approved hours flow straight into branded invoices with a hosted payment page (card or ACH), scheduled retainers, automatic payment reminders, project profitability with cost vs billable rates, and QuickBooks Online sync. CSV import from Harvest or Toggl. SB Project Management: list, kanban, and cross-project timeline views with task dependencies, custom fields, uncapped automation rules, and AI agent access over MCP. SB CRM: contacts, companies, and a drag-and-drop deal pipeline with weighted forecasting, follow-up reminders, and embeddable web contact forms. Pricing is flat: $14 per seat per month, every app and every feature included. No tiers, no feature gates, no sales calls. Client portal users are free. Start with a 30-day free trial, no credit card required. Built and supported by the founder.
