Sawhorse Reviews & Product Details

Sawhorse is AI quoting software for owner-operated trades businesses — remodelers, landscapers, custom builders, and other contractors who price custom work. Instead of a generic cost database, Sawhorse learns from YOUR pricing: upload your past quotes and bids (PDF, Excel, Word, even photos of paper) and it drafts new quotes from your own comparable jobs — with citations showing which past jobs the numbers came from. You review and own every number; the AI never sets your prices. The closer: attach AI renders of the finished space. Snap photos on the walkthrough, describe the scope (typing or talking), and send the client a quote that SHOWS the result. • Quote drafts from your own job history, with receipts • Photo → finished-space renders attached to bids • Dictate the scope from the truck; it structures everything • Pipeline tracking (quoting → sent → won/lost) with follow-up flags • Sub price-checks: send any line to your subs for one-tap confirm/counter • Excel in and out; printable client-ready quote PDFs Free 14-day trial, no card required. $99/month, everything included.
