I like SAP PLM for managing documents and change management, as it provides capabilities to manage business requirements and flexibility to handle all business processes easily. The recent Change record functionality in Fiori is a great initiative, providing more flexibility to manage change management. The document management system is also a great solution from SAP. What I like best about SAP PLM is its ability to integrate product data and processes across the entire lifecycle—from design and development to manufacturing and service. PLM will arrange data related products into systematic mannner, data such as:
