Interface is clear and simple, that makes easy to use this instument. There is also wide integration opportunity to connect almost every possible enterprise database. TIt can be Teradata or hadoop or SOAP web service. Native integration with other SAP products is very useful as well. It has possibilities to parralel processing and using nested schemas. Maintenance is moderate: It is usual when you have to describe over and over again your situation till SAP support stops send you template answers. There are also very good monitoring tools in web interface that may help you not only monitor and scedule jobs, but also create custom JDBC adapters or start web service for starting jobs externally. There is hard to use web service integration (it's quite unlogical).
