I like the structure of SalesMind Ai. I think the program overall is just great, and the people involved with it are also great. It's a nice tool to have in the bank, which I would recommend to many people. The initial setup was very easy, and I'm very happy with how quickly I got going with it.

I think everything works pretty well. It's just the flexibility to continue to develop, but it's nothing that I am aware of.

**What do you like best about SalesMind Ai?**

I use SalesMind Ai to promote my AI consulting business that specializes in helping Franchisors leverage AI. I like that it can build a custom agent to represent the brand on LinkedIn and generate more conversations. The tone of voice and sales playbook features allow the agent to do personalized outreach at scale. It generates the target audience automatically and allows for the launch and testing of different campaigns very quickly. It also helps generate appointments directly from conversations within LinkedIn. I appreciate its integration with calendar software and CRM, without requiring LinkedIn Sales Navigator. I am recommending this to my clients and would rate it a 10 for anyone wanting to leverage LinkedIn to get more traction and conversations with connections.

**What do you dislike about SalesMind Ai?**

Been a user for less than a month.  So far nothing specific but like any platform they are not going to be perfect.  I have used support and they have resolved the issues in a timely way.

I use SalesMind Ai to build custom agents for LinkedIn, create conversations, and engage with prospects more effectively. It automates audience targeting and campaign testing, generates appointments, and allows personalized outreach at scale, helping me promote my AI consulting business.

I love the very smooth and user-friendly interface of SalesMind Ai. I am really happy with how it saves time by selecting prospects that match my target and sending always relevant connection messages. Even though I haven't explored all the features yet, I am very satisfied so far. The initial setup was super easy, thanks to a call with Julien who showed me how to set everything up. This made me want to continue using SalesMind Ai.

I am not sure of the usefulness of knowing the zodiac sign of the people I want to connect with.

What truly stands out is the ease of use:

I was able to automate something that would have taken me days or weeks of consistent manual work. Having used the free trial for only 8 days, I am already getting 4-5 responses per day and am confident they will start converting to booked meetings and new business. This takes a load off and allows me to do more of the things I enjoy vs cold outreach. Also, I've been impressed with some of the AI recommended messaging. They pulled information from my website and other sources to curate recommended responses.

There are some things I would modify such as the ability to filter your lead list in salesmind and prune it there instead of on Linkedin, since I am limited with my linkedin premium account on individual exclusions from a search.

Salesmind AI has proven very useful to our sales team in reducing the massive pain points of manually tracking each and every lead interaction. To have one master dashboard not just for yourself but our entire team and try different lead lists, sequences and track them all in real time is fantastic. Additionally, Salesmind works while you sleep and you are exponentially increasing your productivity that way. 

Customer support from Julien and team has been great and they are super passionate about delivering a high quality experience to their customers.

**What do you dislike about SalesMind Ai?**

It takes a good amount of tweaking in terms of feeding appropriate leads and setting up right sequences but that's to be expected to get results.

**What do you like best about SalesMind Ai?**

Completely automated our sales prospecting on LinkedIn.  Ready integrated with LinkedIn, it was easy to set up in terms of selecting the audience and setting up the sequence of follow-up messages until the LinkedIn member reacts.  It means we can reach out to hundreds or thousands of prospects without losing control.  It's super powerful and has helped us scale up our lead generation and thus our business effortlessly.  Great support when I had questions.

**What do you dislike about SalesMind Ai?**

Whilst the platform proposes template responses, ultimately we need to craft the exact messages ourselves.  It is not a weakness of the platform, just requires some thinking and testing.

The platform allows me to easily set up a really smart lead generation campaign on LinkedIn without losing control of the conversations.  It helped me scale up my lead generation manyfold at no extra cost.

To get the best expansion you need a full price Sales Navigator account for contact precision and reach out. Your less than Navigator LinkedIn license doesn't take you that far plus the real SalesMind full potential remains in the paid plan.
