Salesforce CTI Toolbar Reviews & Product Details

Salesforce CTI Toolbar is Expertflow's computer-telephony integration (CTI) connector that embeds voice and screen-pop controls directly inside Salesforce. It is most commonly deployed as an add-on to Cisco Unified CCX/CCE (Finesse), giving agents a click-to-dial, call control, and automatic screen-pop experience without leaving Salesforce, along with logging calls and interaction history back to Salesforce records. For organizations already running Expertflow Contact Center as a full CCaaS/on-prem platform, Salesforce CRM connectivity is included natively as part of the core product. This standalone toolbar is offered separately for Cisco contact center customers who want tighter Salesforce integration without migrating their full contact center platform.
