As a credit analyst, I like that Sageworks has helped my bank make our financials and presentations more easily accessible for other coworkers, organized and standardized across different bank branches. The customer service and training were very high quality. I appreciate the frequent webinars and updates on their website to keep their customers in the loop about improvements and changes. It is so advanced that some employees are lagging behind on learning to use all the features and getting on-board with the rest of us, but I don't think this is Abrigo's fault. It did take us about a year to learn and get comfortable with it, but it's been worth it, and the more you use it, the easier it gets.
