I really value the cross-module functionality and Abrigo’s collaboration with customers to deliver relevant enhancements. We use the loan origination modules from application to servicing and the efficiencies we've gained have empowered our organization. We strive to incorporate as many modules and third party integrations to streamline data and allow our users to have the time to focus on decision making and analysis instead of data entry.

Abrigo also recognizes that, even as they continue to make improvements, some institutions don’t always take full advantage of those enhancements right away. Having a team that advises us on the best ways to use the platform has further streamlined our processes and strengthened the efficiencies we’re seeing.

Lastly, I am a fan of the updated approach Abrigo has been taking for enhancements by rolling out beta features and allowing feedback. It enables us to see the vision Abrigo has, get used to the potential changes and develop a plan to roll-out to users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use Abrigo Loan Origination to kick off and manage our commercial loan workflows. When a lender submits an application, the system automatically starts the right workflow based on the selections in the app and the logic we’ve set up behind the scenes. From there, everyone in lending and credit can see exactly where a request is in the process, who touched it last, and when. The timestamps and phase tracking have turned into a really useful management tool for us: we can spot bottlenecks, see how long loans sit in each area, and get a realistic view of how long individual tasks actually take instead of relying on guesses or anecdotes. Sageworks has been able to streamline our Business and Consumer loan process and bolster it with all of the tools and features the platform offers. It takes a lot of guesswork out of what needs to be done for any type of loan, it eliminates redundancy via integrations, and has allowed us to grow our portfolio with public facing loan application intake. The Abrigo team is the best I've worked with in my ten years in the industry. The passions truly shows when talking to the team and rubber hitting the road with regular updates and enhancements. The implementation was the smoothest I've been through and we launched a month early than our planned go live date. There are trouble areas of it that my coworkers do not find user friendly. Directions, notes, and asking coworkers are regularly needed when using certain features of the program. For example, one of our biggest challenges is completing a loan application and new loan setup correctly in the program without needing help or corrections. The most helpful part about Sageworks Lending is being able to put your entire process into one workflow. This also gives the ability to include all lines of business that are involved in the loan origination process. We have the flexibility to integrate with some of our third-party vendors which saves our team time and creates better efficiency for us. The one downside/dislike we have is the credit analysis and collateral in Sageworks. The spreading capabilities could use improvement as it has caused for us to lose efficiency.
