While they were upfront about this, recruiting higher-skilled employees can cost significantly more than the standard single credit, requiring up to 4 credits for one hire. I think there was a pretty big gap in terms of talent with the role that we were looking for. We were recommended 3 different candidates and 1 of them was amazing (who we hired), but the other 2 didn't really come close to the one we hired in terms of what we were looking for.
