The only thing I can really think of is that, sometimes—though very rarely—I run into a bug. When that happens, the Workhub team takes care of it very quickly. Workhub is an inexpensive, but comprehensive safety management software. You can easily track certificates, training, and procedures that will simplify your workflows. They also have an excellent and responsive support team that are ready to help you out. WorkHub works very well with other tools in our organization, simply because the reports can be exported and the data can be analyzed with other programs. Some of the structures in Workhub can be limiting. Specifically we would love to see some more flexibility for larger organizations to be able to have more departments and regions to help assign training to groups of workers with more nuance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like the whole product. Having worked in paper systems for most of safety career the functionality and efficiency which SafetySync brings just makes safety system management a completely different experience. We use SafetySync for all our clients and we've recommended it to many industry colleagues. However, as great as working with the system is, the best part has been the interaction with the developers and support personnel. Whenever we ask for a change the response is always positive and the requests are always implemented as quickly as possible. It is a great company to work with. I really like Workhub's UI and how easy it is to use. The intuitive learning curve is great because it only took me less than a day to learn about all the features it offers. I appreciate how everything is in the same place without a complicated map, which simplifies managing all safety-related documents and information for our many clients. If forms could be modified upon submission to fetch the upload date from the form rather than the time it was uploaded at, it would be a big help. Also, how quickly data is fetched can become annoying when switching between internal tabs and having to wait. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the ease of having documents and systems all in one location. It is easy to navigate, and customer service is knowledgeable. I haven't worked with any integrations. I find the performance more than adequate. Fast for how much it is loading. The pricing is right at our price point. What I like the most about Workhub is how it centralizes training records, certifications, policies, inspections, and compliance documentation in one easy to use platform. It helps our company stay organized, simplifies employee onboarding and training management, and makes tracking expiries and compliance requirements much more efficient. I dislike the fact that you cant completely customize someone's profile to better suit what their certificate requirements are. Example: For a contract Driver position, you have to add multiple CVIP certificates for one driver if they have multiple units, but for another contract driver, he miught only have 1 unit but then there are 5 units missing, which affect the compliance. Workhub is fairly easy to use and navigate and any time I need help, assistance is available through chat very quickly Extremely valuable tool for our company. We could not match the value with any other application. As we are a non-profit training organization, Workhub has been extremely generous.
