**What do you like best about SafeTitan?**

SafeTitan’s automated approach to training employee’s model based on specific behaviors is a effective feature. This means that I don’t have to set up the general security awareness training for the whole team by myself.

**What do you dislike about SafeTitan?**

From an IT admin perspective, it would also be good to get a glance at the simulation sent to employees so as to ascertain whether any of the phishing emails will create had panic and confusion among the employees.

**What problems is SafeTitan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SafeTitan alleviates my company’s task of supervising security awareness training in a great way. The advantage of automated, behavior-based approach is that employees get relevant training exactly when they need it to avoid a costly phishing attack.
