Sabtask Reviews & Product Details

Sabtask is studio management software for businesses that teach in class packages: pilates and yoga studios, music schools and independent instructors. Member records, class scheduling, package credits, instructor payouts and finances live in one panel. When a class is completed, the member's credit is deducted, the revenue is recorded and the instructor's payout is calculated in the same step. The calendar enforces class capacity and the studio's cancellation window, and students see their remaining classes and request bookings from their own portal. Google Calendar sync, SMS reminders, Excel import and full data export are included in every plan. Built inside a working pilates studio, Sabtask runs in the browser with nothing to install and comes with a 14-day free trial.
