Its not easy to long in which in reality is a good thing when you are dealing with customers private information and exchanging or reviewing information for a customer. **What do you dislike about SabreSonic Res?** what i dislike is that it can have an hold feel. They should wok on having a more updated look or more user friendly. In order to have a good base or foundation with Sabre it does take some time to get familiar. **Recommendations to others considering SabreSonic Res:** use as often as possible. the more you get familiar with the software the easier it will be when solving issues or escalations. You are also able to issue travel credits which is a great help because customers can view on their end instantly **What problems is SabreSonic Res solving and how is that benefiting you?** solving customers travel plans so any adjustments or exchanges. Also help with flyer program and making sure customers are receiving their loyalty reward. ### 2. Even if you get offline due to a black-out or Internet failure, your work keeps the last changes and you can continue working when back online. Also, it is nice that the location of every passenger is clearly noted in the map, as well as the kind of passenger that travels in each seat. It is easy to look for a class or kind of booked passengers, as long as you know the code that corresponds. **What do you dislike about SabreSonic Res?** Some disturbances in the comunication channels may lead to a weak connection and the applications can suddenly stop working. As for the ease of use, sometimes it is advisable to be patient, since other factors, like a slow connection, may cause the application to freeze. **Recommendations to others considering SabreSonic Res:** The ability to continue working after a disconnection is a good point to SabreSonic Res. Nonetheless, it is recommendable to take notes of important changes just in case any info is deleted from the database. **What problems is SabreSonic Res solving and how is that benefiting you?** What we do with the help of SabreSonic is the creation of accurate Weight and Balance documents and statisitics reports on passenger locations within the airplane. In my department, we combine SabreSonic Res with AirCentre Load Manager to do so. It is also convenient to take advantage of the integration these programs have with each other to effectively monitor the CG and weight of the aircraft. ### 3. Access to Air India and some other airlines that are not available in our other GDS Amadeus. **What do you dislike about SabreSonic Res?** Can be difficult to figure out formats. This will come in time. Other than that nothing right now. **Recommendations to others considering SabreSonic Res:** Give it time. It takes a bit to learn things. **What problems is SabreSonic Res solving and how is that benefiting you?** We cannot book Air India in Amadeus res so we have started using Sabre to do this. Sabre does seem more advanced than Amadeus. ### 4. Plus we felt it was a big advantage to be able to distribute to the GDSs with such a market-leading company. The numbers speak for themselves: we've been experiencing incredible results since we implemented their user-friendly solution **What do you dislike about SabreSonic Res?** System can move a little slow. When preparing a reservation it will at times get stuck in the middle of booking reservations. **What problems is SabreSonic Res solving and how is that benefiting you?** More clientele with the ease of use. More vendors are choosing to work with our company due to thw satisfaction of our fast and easy service ### 5. While it takes some time to get used to it, once you do, everything is quite simple. **What do you dislike about SabreSonic Res?** I don't like that it isn't very obvious how to teach it to yourself. Training is definitely required. **What problems is SabreSonic Res solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am learning how to do things more quickly and efficiently. The fact that this one system allows for all bookings is very beneficial. ### 6. It also has the ability to show best prices and cheapest flights through certain searches. **What do you dislike about SabreSonic Res?** The entire system is based on coding and entering in codes, so there is a huge learning curve to it, and expanding knowledge takes a lot of training. It is difficult to train new people on. **What problems is SabreSonic Res solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am able to search flights, find commissions on international flights, and book for customers. ### 7. You can get quick answers by using the default options or go direct and more specific using its 'command prompt' like feature. Overall, it gets the job done. **What do you dislike about SabreSonic Res?** The fact that you can't input alpha numeric flight numbers in it and when flights get delay to the same day, you cannot adjust its timings to cross to the next day. **What problems is SabreSonic Res solving and how is that benefiting you?** Checking and monitoring of pax bookings, and load capacities per flight. ### 9.
