RunPrintShop Reviews & Product Details

RunPrintShop is an all-in-one management system (ERP/MIS) for small commercial print shops, built by people who run a print shop themselves. Most small print shops still juggle spreadsheets, paper job tickets and phone calls. RunPrintShop replaces that with one clean workflow: client -> estimate -> quote -> work order -> production floor -> delivery. WHAT IT DOES - Print estimating: offset and digital calculations with real production logic - press sheets, plates, passes, paper usage and waste, not just a price guess. - Quotes: turn an estimate into a branded quote and send it to your client with one click. Track sent, accepted and rejected quotes. - Work orders: convert an accepted quote into a work order with prepress, press and finishing operations, deadlines and priorities. - Production floor: operators see only their tasks for the day and update status as they work (waiting -> in progress -> done). Managers see bottlenecks live. - Dispatch: track what is ready, how it ships and when it was delivered. - Dashboard: what is late, what is urgent and what needs your attention today. WHO IT IS FOR Small commercial print shops (offset and digital) that want visibility over jobs without enterprise complexity or enterprise pricing.
