RuleInside Reviews & Product Details

RuleInside is an AI voice agent platform for WordPress and WooCommerce stores. The software gives an online store a team of AI agents for customer service and sales. The RuleInside team sets up and tunes every agent, so the store owner never has to. The AI customer service agents answer by phone, by voice and chat on the store's website, and on WhatsApp. They work at any hour and in the customer's own language. Because they read the store's live catalogue, stock and orders, they answer product, sizing and stock questions. They also read back an order's status and tracking. They explain shipping and returns, check coupons, and take refund and return requests for the owner to approve. When a question needs a person, the call transfers live, or the conversation arrives with the full thread attached. A human decides anything that moves money. On the website, the AI shopping assistant lets a shopper say or type what they are looking for. The agent finds the product, opens its page, suggests what goes with it and walks the shopper to checkout. The agents also call back enquiries that never ordered. They follow up abandoned carts by call, WhatsApp or email, only with shoppers who agreed at checkout to be contacted. After delivery they ask for a review, and they bring lapsed customers back with reorder and restock campaigns. The platform connects to the store with one WordPress plugin. Each agent is built on the store's products, policies and brand voice, and tested on live orders before a customer hears it. After launch the RuleInside team reviews conversations every day and tunes the agents. Conversations, hand-offs and results show in the RuleInside portal, and the owner receives a weekly report. RuleInside is AI customer service software for WordPress and WooCommerce stores. It combines AI customer support, an ecommerce chatbot and a WhatsApp chatbot in one platform. The owner never builds or maintains any of it.
