We've been using Rublon for 2 years now and are very satisfied with the product and the value provided. **What do you dislike about Rublon?** Occasionally the system doesn't recognize a user's push approval, but retrying once or twice gets them in. Overall, I would say it's a very reliable product. **What problems is Rublon solving and how is that benefiting you?** Rublon provides my firm with a regulatory requirement to have MFA to access AWS cloud computing via MS RDP. ### 2. The deployment takes less than 10 min per server, arround 20 on linux. We use it everyday and the authentication just takes a few seconds with your phone. Had a problem with billing, it was solved within a day. Great customer support! **What do you dislike about Rublon?** The minimum 15 licenses. If you don't need all of them. this raises the initial price to +300€. We now use all those licenses, but not at first. This could be the only downside. **What problems is Rublon solving and how is that benefiting you?** Have an easy to use and easy to implement MFA on our servers. ### 3. This requires a bit more flexibility and a better support from our suppliers. Rublon 2FA is highly recommended by our consultants - the ease of use and the fast responstime makes the difference. **What do you dislike about Rublon?** Rublon is not the biggest player on the market, this makes it a bit harder to position. Anyway - size does not matter when it becomes technical. **What problems is Rublon solving and how is that benefiting you?** 2FA is mandatory in the data center space. Rublon helps our customers to achieve higher security due to excellent technology and enables a multi-vendor strategy. ### 4. Good documentation and support. **What do you dislike about Rublon?** Some times you try to connect ant the token is lost (you need to use apply botton to retry again). **What problems is Rublon solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have increased company security ensuring that a remote user is a real employee. ### 6. When we experienced problems, customer support was very responsive. **What do you dislike about Rublon?** On a number of occasions we experienced stability issues and had to contact support. **What problems is Rublon solving and how is that benefiting you?** The need for our users to have two factor auth enforced when accessing resources remotely. This is a requirement enforced by our regulated customers. ### 8. It acts as a central location to add and remove users requiring two factor authentication on multiple sites. The various methods available for authentication and the ability to accept and deny specific methods is useful as well. **What do you dislike about Rublon?** I would like to use a network firewall with an allow list for my endpoints using Rublon 2FA, however, the IP for the servere is dynamic. If an unknown IP is used, communication with the server is blocked and Rublon 2FA has to fail open. **What problems is Rublon solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm solving an inertia to use a password manager for authentication. I have realized an increase in security in regards to defense-in-depth. ### 9.
