There was also a limitation on the data gathering because the reporting time execution was too short in result it fails to generate the reports. **What problems is RSA Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** RSA solve problem that any other SIEM couldn't which is able to see overview of the whole logs in the system. It was used to login into Virtual machine through Citrix via RSA token. It helped me to protect or secure my complete data as the login security is very genuine and hard to crack for intruders. It helped to login remotely if not working on client side. **What do you like best about RSA Services?** It's highly secured and very easy to use. Even it is very simple to install and distribute it to users working in project. Token device contains 6 digit unique number which changes every 30 sec, which fascinates me a lot, hard to decode due to which it protects the private data. **What do you dislike about RSA Services?** As it is very small in size, high chances of loosing it or forgetting it somewhere. Need to pay fine in my project in case if you are losing it, that's very harsh. **Recommendations to others considering RSA Services:** It is the best to use for client who wants to build business in remote location and need to have a best security system. I would strongly recommend to use RSA as it's best in business. **What problems is RSA Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** As it was used for login purpose into VM via Citrix it genuinely protects the data, no intruders can have access to the system. As a whole, we use RSA Archer in our enterprise risk management office as well for business continuity. **What do you like best about RSA Services?** I like how easy it is to use and how user friendly the app is. I just have to enter my PIN and I am given one to enter into my computer. For business continuity it keeps us aware quickly of any threats or violations. **What do you dislike about RSA Services?** When the app needs an update it won't configure properly to show the numerical sequence I need to gain access to my company's network. Several times I have had to delete the app and re download. **Recommendations to others considering RSA Services:** RSA is a great product to consider and leading the industry for a security perspective. **What problems is RSA Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to work from home gives employees proper work life balance while still making sure they system is encrypted and protected against outside threats. To login we use RSA token, without providing the 6 digits token number, no one can login into system. **What do you like best about RSA Services?** Not being at client location we can easily work remotely by using the RSA token for login on VM through citrix. Travel is reduced and hence lot of cost is reduced and unnecessary efforts as well. We get a highly secured system and all our information is protected and hard to crack. Distribution and allocation of tokens are very easy due to its unique number attached to its back. **What do you dislike about RSA Services?** It's only one dislike is as it is very compact in size it can get lost very easily. **Recommendations to others considering RSA Services:** Strongly recommend to use RSA as it provide more Security to your system with best support. **What problems is RSA Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** Basically used for login purpose through RSA via Citrix. Working remotely and working from anywhere out of office is the best benefit of using RSA. Changing of 6 digits from RSA token makes the system more secured, I don't think any one can hack it. Password recovery is available if your forget your password, it gets reset with the help of your token number. It helped to my project where the project was driven from onshore and offshore team was provided VMs, so to go with best secured method was RSA token for login into client machine. **What do you like best about RSA Services?** It is simple to use and easy to allocate the token's to resources. It's has got a very secured system, every 30 sec I guess the digits changes so once it is changed you need to use the new token number to login, hats off to the makers of it. It is very small in size but expensive so need to keep it properly. **What do you dislike about RSA Services?** Only dislike is, it has most likely chances of loosing it, I have lost or dropped somewhere for which I need to pay fine and get the new token. **Recommendations to others considering RSA Services:** I strongly recommend to use RSA which ll give the strong Security and you would be able to have an option of working remotely. **What problems is RSA Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** Benefited a lot but in a different way, as I used it for login purpose on my VMs, my travel to client location was reduced where the travel cost was saved. I have personally enjoyed attending them and found them extremely insightful. **What do you dislike about RSA Services?** I can’t say about all RSA products but can comment on the Archer Suite itself. The product itself comes with quite a few technical limitations.
