The best thing I like about them is the various services they offer for businesses, like Assessment and consultation, they also provide maintenance and Support. They help you identify which processes in your organization can be automated using RPA and provide recommendations on how to optimize these processes. Now a days, bots are super useful to provide assistance to users. RPAwesome assist in developing and deploying RPA bots that can automate tasks and processes. RPAwesome also provide ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and support to ensure that the RPA solution remains operational and efficient. **What do you dislike about RPAwesome?** I think the pricing is little bit high compared to other service providers but it's okay as they provide free trial also which you can try before going for paid services. **What problems is RPAwesome solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used RPAwesome and it really helped us in managing the services. However, I am not impressed with the tracking capabilities of this tool.
