## About Routing24
Routing24 is a route optimization AI assistant for delivery fleets and mobile teams whose days are full of real-world rules. It plans lowest-cost multi-stop routes around the constraints that actually shape your operation, lets you edit everything visually or by prompt, and gets each driver their route as a link that opens in any mobile browser. There is a free plan with unlimited stops and optimizations, and paid plans are flat-priced with no per-vehicle or per-stop fees. WHAT THE OPTIMIZER RESPECTS Every plan is built around one or more time windows per order, service times, multi-dimensional vehicle capacities, vehicle costs, and driver shifts. The Pro plan adds the constraints most tools reserve for enterprise contracts: legally compliant driver breaks (US FMCSA Hours of Service, EU regulation 561/2006, or your own custom rest rules), linked pickup-and-delivery transfers, locker delivery and dark-store pickup, product non-mixing and segregation, no-go zones, and vehicle-order compatibility. When an order cannot be served, Routing24 shows exactly which rule blocked it and what would need to relax. FROM MESSY DATA TO DISPATCHED ROUTES Orders come in from your Excel file, a pasted address list, or directly from your work AI assistant, with built-in geocoding for every stop. Finished routes export back to Excel for your back office, or go straight to drivers as a zero-install mobile link with the stop list, ETAs, and navigation handoff. Nothing to install, no driver accounts to manage. Planners stay in control the whole way: edit any stop on the map with realtime violation diagnostics and explanations, drag stops between routes, see why an order went unassigned, and re-optimize as often as needed. Optimization runs locally on your own computer, so there is no server queue and no per-run cost; a standard laptop plans thousands of stops across hundreds of vehicles in minutes. THE AI ASSISTANT Anything you can do in the app you can do by prompt. The built-in assistant converts supplier files, PDFs, emails, and screenshots into orders, repairs addresses the geocoder could not place, translates business rules stated in plain language into optimizer settings, and batch-edits finished routes with shared undo. Say "increase service time by 50% for all stops on numbered streets" and review the before/after table before applying. WORKS WITH CLAUDE AND CHATGPT Routing24 ships a 45-tool MCP server. Add https://routing24.ai/mcp as a custom connector, approve it once, and your own AI assistant drives the plan end to end: reading routes, importing data, fixing addresses, editing, and re-optimizing, while spending your existing AI subscription's quota instead of an in-app budget. WHY THE LIMITS ARE UNLIMITED Routing24 grew out of one engineering decision: run the route optimizer on the planner's own computer instead of metered cloud servers. Most route planning tools charge per vehicle or per stop because every optimization costs them compute; Routing24's optimization engine is fast enough to plan thousands of stops right in the browser, so nothing needs metering.
