Routelink Reviews & Product Details

Routelink is route optimization software that streamlines local delivery operations through an integrated workflow. It captures delivery orders from sources like CSV uploads, ERP/CRM systems, and online stores such as Shopify and WooCommerce. Features like geocoding, address validation, and manual stop entry ensure data accuracy during planning. Routes are optimized to reduce fuel consumption and delivery time, with a drag-and-drop interface for adjustments. Configurable geofences and templates support recurring delivery patterns, while real-time tracking provides visibility into route progress. Drivers receive secure, PIN-protected links for dispatching, eliminating app downloads and enabling multiple routes per day. Customer communication tools include branded emails, SMS, and WhatsApp integration, with live tracking links for updates. Drivers use Google Maps for navigation and document deliveries with electronic signatures and photos, while failed stops can be logged with reasons.
