Roundhouse Reviews & Product Details

Roundhouse is a Construction Administration platform built for architects. It bridges the gap between design intent and construction execution — bringing order and visibility to the documents, specifications, RFIs, and submittals that drive every project forward. Developed inside an active architecture firm, Roundhouse replaces disconnected emails, folders, and spreadsheets with a single workspace structured the way architects work. Its pyramid hierarchy — Firm → Studio → Client → Project → Phase — gives leaders portfolio-wide visibility while keeping project teams aligned on current information. With Roundhouse, firms can standardize CA workflows, cut the administrative friction that erodes fees, and maintain authorship of their construction documentation. The result: faster reviews, cleaner records, and a direct link between design vision and on-site reality. Roundhouse helps architects stay connected to the projects they design — from concept to completion.
