The best thing about Rose Rocket is its user-friendly online customer portal, using which our customers are able to transparently find info about our rates. Also, they are a Canadian company, so things like entering the date, and currency view on reports, are not in standard US format. An option to switch to American format would be awesome. The only downside I have is sometimes updates in TMS changes way of working and we are not aware of changes and stuck learning new methods of using certain page.
