They are getting features like live tracking, easy access to PODs and bills. Communication via chat is also a plus. **What do you dislike about Rose Rocket?** One downside we have noticed is that sometimes the transaction or other info gets updated with a delay. This could be improved. **What problems is Rose Rocket solving and how is that benefiting you?** Rose Rocket adds benifit by increasing efficiency in order booking, invoicing, and communication processes. Manual tasks are cut down and saves time. The integration of Google Search helps to automatically fill or update details online. The customer portal provides customers with several needed featues which we have lacked in old transport mechanism. ### 2. Seeing and accessing pertinent info is a breeze. As with any TMS, there are a ton of features, however Rose Rocket wraps it up in a neat package that makes it less intimidating. **What do you dislike about Rose Rocket?** There are a few minor bugs, which have workarounds, but would like to see these cleaned up sooner rather than later. Also, they are a Canadian company, so things like entering the date, and currency view on reports, are not in standard US format. An option to switch to American format would be awesome. **What problems is Rose Rocket solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easy order entry and dispatch board. The integration with Quickbooks and Macropoint are fantastic. Adding carriers is also an absolute breeze as you can add a carrier w/ their MC# or DOT# - major time saver! ### 3. The team there is also really good to deal with. **What do you dislike about Rose Rocket?** The only downside I have is sometimes updates in TMS changes way of working and we are not aware of changes and stuck learning new methods of using certain page. But since its simple to use, after about 10 minutes you figure it out and can keep working throw it **What problems is Rose Rocket solving and how is that benefiting you?** Rose Rocket is helping us Solve many problems, such has having to train new members of the team to learn the system. really easy to use for everyone. After the updates were sent I saw that my feedback had some value and was used. **What do you dislike about Rose Rocket?** I feel like I am already used to using the portal that I dont dislike anything about it. I would probably say sometimes I get used to the color coding used and a couple times I have logged in and the colors have changed but that is not a huge issue. **What problems is Rose Rocket solving and how is that benefiting you?** The visibility on the manifests has gotten alot better and they have come up with shortcuts to streamline the whole process. The filters are awesome and always get better as they update. ### 7. They truly are game changers in the TMS industry as other competitors run on older software, RoseRocket pushes the boundaries. **What do you dislike about Rose Rocket?** The BOL is not DOT compliant for hauling hazardous material (bulk) without the correct formatting. The analytics is a little canned as well, but they are currently working on customized reports that can be configured as the users need. **What problems is Rose Rocket solving and how is that benefiting you?** A 1 stop shop to house our planning orders and lanes. The driver mobile app has also been a large improvement for our company as it allows our billing/invoicing team to invoice customers the same day as the delivery. ### 10.
