The best thing about Rose Rocket is its user-friendly online customer portal, using which our customers are able to transparantly find info about our rates. There are a few minor bugs, which have workarounds, but would like to see these cleaned up sooner rather than later. Also, they are a Canadian company, so things like entering the date, and currency view on reports, are not in standard US format. An option to switch to American format would be awesome. The only downside I have is sometimes updates in TMS changes way of working and we are not aware of changes and stuck learning new methods of using certain page. The BOL is not DOT compliant for hauling hazardous material (bulk) without the correct formatting. The analytics is a little canned as well, but they are currently working on customized reports that can be configured as the users need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
