Roomanos GO Reviews & Product Details

Roomanos GO is a mobile delivery operations app designed for couriers in restaurant and hospitality networks. It puts the assigned order, route, customer details, and payment method on a single screen — eliminating courier-side guesswork. Key capabilities: - Order details on one screen: Each assigned order arrives with restaurant, customer, items, and payment method bundled, so the courier knows everything at a glance. - Optimized routing: Recommended routes are calculated from total distance and current traffic conditions, then shown on the map. - Live location tracking: Restaurants and customers see exactly where the courier is on the delivery route, removing the "where is it?" call. - Payment at delivery: Card, cash, or online payment methods are marked on the delivery screen at handover; reconciliation becomes automatic. - Performance log: Delivery time, order volume, and customer ratings are recorded automatically per courier. Integrates with Roomanos Hub (dispatcher/fleet management), Roomanos Kitchen (restaurant prep notifications), and the Roomanos reconciliation layer (automatic invoicing). Part of the Roomanos ecosystem for hospitality and food-service operations.
