## About RocketPay Device Locking Infrastructure
RocketPay Device Locking is enterprise recovery infrastructure for lenders that finance Android smartphones. Once a smartphone loan defaults, recovery is slow and costly: field visits add expense, and the handset is often sold before it can be recovered. RocketPay gives lenders a way to secure the financed asset and act on default automatically, without field agents. Device locking is enrolled at the point of sale or loan origination. When a borrower defaults, the device is locked remotely using OEM-level enforcement, built with Trustonic as an APAC partner. When the borrower pays, the device is released automatically. For lenders that already use mandate-based repayment, locking can be paired with UPI Autopay or eNACH so that lock and release follow repayment status. RocketPay integrates directly into a lender's LMS or LOS through APIs and an SDK, giving full control over lock, unlock and device-state actions, with webhooks that report device events to your systems in real time. Device-level controls let lenders restrict access to features such as calls, camera and settings, and a compliant framework supports use in regulated financing. Teams can go live in about 48 hours with a dedicated account manager. RocketPay Device Locking is built for NBFCs, consumer finance companies and fintech lenders, and for the recovery, risk and credit teams that run them. It helps reduce NPAs, cut field-recovery costs and keep financed assets protected at portfolio scale.
