## About RocketFuel Recharge
RocketFuel Recharge is billing and payments infrastructure for third-party logistics providers. Instead of fronting carrier costs and chasing client invoices thirty days later, a 3PL holds prepaid balances from its brand clients and meters each shipment against that balance in real time. You get paid before the package ships. Money never sits with RocketFuel. When a client funds a balance, the money ACHs directly into the 3PL's bank account. We meter it in software; you keep custody and the float. Recharge Meter — the flagship. Prepaid client balances drawn down as each label prints, with automatic top-ups when a balance falls below threshold. Advanced Rate Markups — a rule engine for what you charge. Cost-plus, margin-based, flat fee, percentage or tiered, configured per customer, carrier, service, warehouse, zone or weight tier. Adjustment Reconciliation — carrier corrections caught at invoice time. DIM bumps, zone changes, weight corrections, fuel surcharges and late-delivery refunds are matched back to the original shipment, re-priced against your markup rules, and applied to the meter across UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL and regional carriers. Claims & Disputes — lost, damaged and delayed parcels in one queue. Billing Lite — invoices, charge types and QuickBooks Online mapping, with real-time notifications. Reporting & Analytics — margin visibility per client, per carrier, per service level. Orbit AI runs across all six, answering operational questions in plain language rather than requiring a data pipeline. RocketFuel Recharge is not a warehouse management system and won't replace yours. It reads shipment and billing data from 146 connected systems: 111 warehouse management platforms including Deposco, ShipHero, ShipBob, Extensiv and Logiwa, 15 order and inventory systems including Cin7 and Finale Inventory, 11 shipping and carrier tools, QuickBooks Online for accounting, and 8 marketplaces including Amazon. It is also not a retroactive parcel audit tool. Auditing happens as labels print, not six months later when the money is already gone. RocketFuel Recharge is built for multi-client 3PLs with high USPS volume and $1M or more per month in parcel spend, running a warehouse management system they intend to keep. Typical buyers are 3PL owners, COOs, VPs of Operations and CFOs. It is not built for brands fulfilling their own orders, freight-forwarders with low parcel volume, or single-client captive 3PLs. Pricing starts at $500 per month with no seat fees. Built inside a 3PL, during peak season, by operators who had lived the cash-flow problem.
