As a business, RoboShadow is dedicated to making Cyber Security accessible, and levelling the Cyber Security playing field so that every organisation has access to enterprise grade cyber security tools without being inhibited by cost or complexity. Would highly recommend, especially for anyone wanting to better understand their cyber security posture. RoboShadow as a product has had a massive impact for our ability to discuss the cyber security and vulnerabilities of a company's IT environment. Helping to illustrate their situation has allowed us to show them how to move forward and secure their landscape, meeting compliance needs. Powerful, time-saving, intuitive tools to use. RoboShadow as a team have been incredibly supportive, working with us to ensure deep knowledge and awareness of how their tools can help us and our client base. Sharing with us statistics and information which has helped us to grow further into the discussions, and how to showcase, the likes of cyber security posture and vulnerabilities of a company to them, in a non-fearmongering way, but in an educational way which really feeds into our personable focus. **What do you dislike about RoboShadow?** I do not have anything negative or as a dislike to share about RoboShadow - the team, the product, the effects it has on our client base on internally in our company, everything is in a positive place and further developments promise even more to come! **What problems is RoboShadow solving and how is that benefiting you?** RoboShadow's wide range of capabilities allow us to solve many problems, such as conducting PenTests for our clients, which adds significant value. Having visibility into a company's security posture across their entire IT landscape, and then being able to present this information visually to a client with statistics and specifics, and quickly, is extremely powerful. ### 2. The best parts for us have been clear pricing, ease of use and they have been happy to help and support us even though we aren't a large company. RoboShadow also integrates with our PSA - Halo PSA, which is super handy. **What do you dislike about RoboShadow?** Reporting and/or Dashboard across all tenancies to see a quick overview all issues for every customer easily. **What problems is RoboShadow solving and how is that benefiting you?** RoboShadow covers our requirements as an MSP to ensure that our customer's systems are kept secure. RoboShadow is an essential part of our cyber security stack. ### 3. Implementation is a breeze using powershell scripts and distributed via RMM or intune. The customer support is absolutley brilliant. We are using the product on a dialy basis to help our clients pass Cyber Essentials Plus certification and it integrates fantasically with the Microsoft eco system. **What do you dislike about RoboShadow?** At first the UI can be a little overwhelming, but it doesn't take long to get the lay of the land. **What problems is RoboShadow solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's a single pane of glass with single click, bulk remediation which is a total game changer! ### 4. RoboShadow's agent and portal have been instrumental in allowing us to target and remediate vulnerabilities resulting from missed or failed patches, and the support we have received from the company has been exemplary, including lightning-fast action on bug reports and issues we experienced. **What do you dislike about RoboShadow?** Their Mac agent needs some further development in order to bring it into line with enterprise Mac administrator expectations. **What problems is RoboShadow solving and how is that benefiting you?** RoboShadow helps us identify where our workstations and servers have vulnerabilities resulting from old versions of third party software, mainly due to missed or failed patches, and we can then use the system to remediate these. This helps us continue to comply with the Cyber Essentials certification which requires us to install critical and security patches within 14 days of release. ### 5. The amount of functionality included in their free tier absolutely eclipses anything else on the market. Their customer support is extremely responsive and quick to resolve any issues or answer any questions. **What do you dislike about RoboShadow?** The only downside about Roboshadow is for the people that aren't using it. If you aren't using it, you're essentially robbing yourself of the ability to provide a comprehensive vulnerability management solution at an unbeatable price point. Choosing another platform over roboshadow is like opting to pay for a streaming service with Ads when you were just gifted an ad-free subscription. The only person you're hurting is yourself. **What problems is RoboShadow solving and how is that benefiting you?** Roboshadow solves the problem of vulnerability management for our company.
