What do you like best about RoadRunner?

Not a thing! I hated them from the outset! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RoadRunner?

Roadrunner Recycling is nothing more than a SCAM! Our Resort used them for one year and couldn't get rid of them quick enough! They provided unsafe equipment and never cared. They did not provide ANY of the services outlined in their own "scope of services." The transition from WM to Roadrunner was a fiasco, with weeks of piled up trash and garbage. They cost us exponentially more money, signed contracts on our behalf, (without our knowledge), and had so many billing errors they issued over $10,000 worth of credits during the time we put up with them.
