Ringlead Automotive Reviews & Product Details

Ringlead Automotive connects every internet lead to a live salesperson in under 60 seconds, records and transcribes every call, and scores every conversation with AI. Built by a team of dealership general managers, general sales managers, and operators with 50,000+ calls analyzed and 20,000+ automotive transactions. We're automotive people, not tech outsiders. What Ringlead does: Speed-to-Lead and rapid lead responze: When an internet lead arrives, the sales team phones rings within seconds. A message tells them the customer's name and vehicle of interest before the call connects. No CRM queue. No manual callback. The lead and the salesperson are talking in under 60 seconds. Outbound Call Recording: Most dealerships only record inbound calls. An estimated 80% of customer-facing calls happen on personal cell phones. Ringlead records and transcribes every call, inbound and outbound, so managers can see what's actually being said. AI Call Scoring: Every call is graded A through F by AI. Missed appointment asks, unaddressed objections, poor greeting, no follow-up commitment. Managers get coaching opportunities surfaced automatically instead of listening to 300+ calls a week. Integrates with 30+ CRMs including VinSolutions, ELEAD, DealerSocket, DriveCentric, CDK, Tekion, and Reynolds & Reynolds. Most dealerships go live within 48 hours. Guarantee: 20 booked appointments in your first 30 days or your next month is free.
