It is user friendly, which is convenient if you have to use it every day all day, such as myself. **What do you dislike about Rightworks Cloud Premier?** How the cloud has everything blocked out in chrome, although a small price to pay for everything else Rightworks provides. **Recommendations to others considering Rightworks Cloud Premier:** Highly recommend Rightworks. **What problems is Rightworks Cloud Premier solving and how is that benefiting you?** We got a new phone system and could not get our phones to receive or place outgoing calls. We, thankfully, had the most helpful and kind IT tech, he walked us through everything on the phone. It was fairly quick and painless. ### 2. Overall experience is great. During the past couple years of COVID and with the bad weather in our area, employees are able to work from home and not feel compelled to come into work putting themselves and/or coworkers at risk. **What do you dislike about Rightworks Cloud Premier?** The downside of a cloud-based system is that any updates need to be completed by RN. You need to submit a ticket and wait overnight for the update to be completed and take effect. Again, it is completed as quickly as possible, but there's still that one day wait period. **Recommendations to others considering Rightworks Cloud Premier:** When making a change, as with any program, you need to allow for an adjustment period. Employees need to understand that any issues arising from the switch will be resolved, but it is not an immediate resolution as the programmers will be dealing with multiple issues that may even be overlapping. In the long run, it will be a good change. Patience is needed. **What problems is Rightworks Cloud Premier solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use various programs that all firms do not use. RN has worked with us to implement these programs and update them as needed. We have been able to run smoothly without much interruption from down programs. ### 7. I like our CSM Matt Jacobson and Tom Schaefer, Lead Firm Technician and the Updates and Development Teams best. I like that the Team of Right Networks cares about our firm and our issues, and Right Networks employees are positive, persistent and knowledgeable individuals. I like that I have one less thing to worry about because I trust Matt Jacobson and Tom Schaefer, and with all the other issues in my world, that means a lot. **What do you dislike about Rightworks Cloud Premier?** Sometimes I get frustrated that a staff member will not want to call support because they think they will be on the call for an extended period. Right Networks is good about moving a caller up the ladder quickly. If you call and the technician who answers the phone cannot help you, they will let you know that a lead will call you back. **Recommendations to others considering Rightworks Cloud Premier:** If you want to work with a team with the same core values that you share, you will go with Right Networks. If you want to work with a group of individuals that value your input and communicate with you and will give you advice that you will like and sometimes you will not, you want to join the Right Networks family. **What problems is Rightworks Cloud Premier solving and how is that benefiting you?** I will reach out with software, users or many changes that occur daily in the world of firm administrators. Sometimes a user or vendor will do something, and you need someone to run it by and ensure you comprehend the user's or vendor's issue correctly or ask your CSM if they have experienced this with other clients. Right Networks believes in the Team approach, and I am most grateful for the Team or inner circle that helps me. I know they will be there when it is an emergency or when I need to vent and understand what might have happened. In my world, sometimes it seems like "lots of moving parts and that the parts" are "constantly changing." I have borrowed that many times from one of my favorite techs Tom Schaefer. ### 8. If Right Networks could not immediately have the resolution, they didn't stop until they could find a solution, and they kept in contact with me to let me know where they were researching the issue. **What do you dislike about Rightworks Cloud Premier?** It takes some time to log in properly; it's not difficult; it's just a process, but the benefits of feeling that you are working with a security system that covers you, are enormous. **Recommendations to others considering Rightworks Cloud Premier:** Suppose you are concerned about being hacked or have essential client information that your business retains. In that case, it's imperative to have a company working out there that is watching out for your firm's best interests. This company goes above and beyond regarding security. **What problems is Rightworks Cloud Premier solving and how is that benefiting you?** I had an issue with Adobe upgrade, and with diligence, they were able to resolve the problem, and I could print my documents again. Encourage your team to use tech support when they run into issues. Sleep better knowing your data is safe and secure. **What problems is Rightworks Cloud Premier solving and how is that benefiting you?** They have helped us with outside referral sources who need assurance of the quality of our data security by providing information to support their role in our data storage. It has also been helpful to have them as a large part of our disaster relief plan. Most problems can be dealt with quickly and efficiently with a simple phone call. If it's not a quick/simple fix, the technicians take the time to research and solve the problem while continuing to keep you updated on their progress. **What do you dislike about Rightworks Cloud Premier?** Although it can be done, one downside we've encountered is when files are on our laptop/desktop/local (C) drive and need to be moved to the network/cloud or vice versa. It's more of an issue with those that aren't tech-savvy as it takes several steps to complete. **Recommendations to others considering Rightworks Cloud Premier:** After trying several different IT companies, Right Networks has surpassed them all. The benefits to us: - significantly less downtime related to server or connection issues - access is no longer limited to the office - a technician is always available to solve any problems that arise - most software/program updates are taken care of without us having to make the request **What problems is Rightworks Cloud Premier solving and how is that benefiting you?** Initially, we needed an IT company that knew how the accounting world operated and could manage any (and all) the necessary programs without too much downtime, especially during deadlines. As a cloud admin, I am responsible for submitting tickets for all the issues that arise. Right Networks is always timely and helpful in solving any problem that comes up. **Recommendations to others considering Rightworks Cloud Premier:** Schedule a demo. Have them come in and talk to you about what makes Right Networks the best choice for a cloud provider. **What problems is Rightworks Cloud Premier solving and how is that benefiting you?** They store all of our data, our systems & software and give us easy access to it at the touch of a button. Overall great experience. Moving to the cloud was a smart decision on our part. Since Right Networks specializes in accounting firms we picked them. **What do you dislike about Rightworks Cloud Premier?** Having issues during peak deadline time and having to get them solved in a hurry. Nothing else noted at this time. For instance, Last Pass and Canopy.
