What do you like best about Rightworks Cloud Premier?

The best option with RN is the ability to log in remotely and work as if you are in the office. During the past couple years of COVID and with the bad weather in our area, employees are able to work from home and not feel compelled to come into work putting themselves and/or coworkers at risk. What do you dislike about Rightworks Cloud Premier?

The downside of a cloud-based system is that any updates need to be completed by RN. You need to submit a ticket and wait overnight for the update to be completed and take effect. Again, it is completed as quickly as possible, but there's still that one day wait period. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Rightworks Cloud Premier:

When making a change, as with any program, you need to allow for an adjustment period. Employees need to understand that any issues arising from the switch will be resolved, but it is not an immediate resolution as the programmers will be dealing with multiple issues that may even be overlapping. What do you like best about Rightworks Cloud Premier?

The Team approach that Right Networks believes in and supports. I like our CSM Matt Jacobson and Tom Schaefer, Lead Firm Technician and the Updates and Development Teams best. I like that the Team of Right Networks cares about our firm and our issues, and Right Networks employees are positive, persistent and knowledgeable individuals. I like that I have one less thing to worry about because I trust Matt Jacobson and Tom Schaefer, and with all the other issues in my world, that means a lot. Sometimes I get frustrated that a staff member will not want to call support because they think they will be on the call for an extended period. Right Networks is good about moving a caller up the ladder quickly. If you call and the technician who answers the phone cannot help you, they will let you know that a lead will call you back. If you want to work with a team with the same core values that you share, you will go with Right Networks. If you want to work with a group of individuals that value your input and communicate with you and will give you advice that you will like and sometimes you will not, you want to join the Right Networks family. I will reach out with software, users or many changes that occur daily in the world of firm administrators. Sometimes a user or vendor will do something, and you need someone to run it by and ensure you comprehend the user's or vendor's issue correctly or ask your CSM if they have experienced this with other clients. Right Networks believes in the Team approach, and I am most grateful for the Team or inner circle that helps me. I know they will be there when it is an emergency or when I need to vent and understand what might have happened. In my world, sometimes it seems like "lots of moving parts and that the parts" are "constantly changing." I have borrowed that many times from one of my favorite techs Tom Schaefer. Suppose you are concerned about being hacked or have essential client information that your business retains. In that case, it's imperative to have a company working out there that is watching out for your firm's best interests. This company goes above and beyond regarding security. I had an issue with Adobe upgrade, and with diligence, they were able to resolve the problem, and I could print my documents again. They never forgot about me as they investigated to resolve my issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They have helped us with outside referral sources who need assurance of the quality of our data security by providing information to support their role in our data storage. It has also been helpful to have them as a large part of our disaster relief plan. The quality of their security has helped us reduce our cyber security insurance premium.
