Ricordario is a web-based deadline tracker for Italian small and medium businesses, tradespeople and professionals. It keeps every recurring deadline of company assets in one place and sends email reminders before the due date, on the day and afterwards. Four areas in one tool: - Vehicles and drivers: road tax, roadworthiness inspection, insurance, servicing with maintenance history and mileage, driver licences, fines, leasing and rental contracts. - Real estate: property taxes (IMU, TARI), insurance, condominium fees, maintenance, rental income and leases. - Machinery and equipment: periodic inspections, warranties, service contracts, maintenance history. - Other deadlines: documents, subscriptions, loans and recurring payments.
