Rewardra Reviews & Product Details

Rewardra is an AI-powered employee recognition and rewards platform built for growing companies with 10 to 1,000 employees. Most recognition platforms charge $15-30 per employee per month — pricing that puts them out of reach for small and mid-size teams. Rewardra solves this with a flat $149/mo price for your entire organization. No per-seat fees. Ever. WHAT REWARDRA DOES: AI Recognition Engine Rewardra's AI automatically suggests who to recognize and when based on your team's activity data. Managers receive nudges when someone hasn't been appreciated recently — so no one slips through the cracks. Automatic Gift Card Delivery Employees earn points for recognition and redeem them for real gift cards from 140+ brands including Amazon, Starbucks, Visa, Target, and Apple. Gift cards are delivered directly to their inbox in seconds — zero admin work required. Employee Import and Directory Sync Get your team set up in minutes using CSV upload, Google Sheets sync, or BambooHR native integration. New hires appear in Rewardra automatically. No IT setup required. Slack Integration Every public recognition auto-posts to your Slack channel instantly so the whole team celebrates together. eNPS Surveys and Pulse Check-ins Measure employee sentiment weekly with built-in eNPS surveys and pulse check-ins. Get AI-powered insights on engagement trends and at-risk employees before they become retention problems. Real-Time Engagement Scoring Rewardra tracks recognition participation rates, fairness scores, and engagement trends across your organization giving HR leaders and founders a real-time view of culture health. Badges, Streaks and Leaderboards Gamification features make recognition fun and competitive. Employees earn badges for milestones, build recognition streaks, and appear on leaderboards — driving consistent participation across the team. Birthday and Anniversary Automation Rewardra automatically celebrates employee birthdays and work anniversaries with personalized recognition and bonus points — no manual reminders needed. Manager Nudges When an employee hasn't been recognized in a set period Rewardra automatically alerts their manager with a suggested recognition message — keeping appreciation consistent across the entire organization. Google SSO and Microsoft SSO One-click login for your entire team. No passwords to manage.
