What stands out the most is how quickly we can go from raw data to clear insights. Whether we're looking at portfolio performance, lease-level details, or benchmarking across properties, the platform helps us make confident, informed decisions. The biggest upside is being able to move from just reporting on what happened to actually seeing what's coming next. It's helped us become more proactive in our operations and more strategic in planning. **What do you dislike about Revolution RE?** Although it’s not a downside, it is essential to have a qualified team member available to work with RevolutionRE. Their platform is powerful and customizable, and having the right person engaged ensures you maximize its value and integrate it seamlessly into your operations. **What problems is Revolution RE solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our biggest challenge before Revolution RE was fragmented data spread across different property management systems, inconsistent formats, and multiple teams, making consolidated insights nearly impossible. First, it seamlessly collects data from multiple PMS or property management companies, enabling an apples-to-apples comparison across different portfolios. This saves time searching and collecting data and allows more time for our team to take action. RE has been instrumental in improving our reporting to our investors. They get easy to read graphs that tell the story of a properties performance. We appreciate the RE team as they have been great partners in achieving our goals, either taking special requests to improve our use and their product or quickly resolving an issue. The RE platform was easy to integrate and continues to be intuitive for continued use. **What do you dislike about Revolution RE?** All of our properties are integrated through our own Yardi license, except for one that is hosted on our property management companies Yardi instead. The only real issue we've had with RE was adding that one off property integration, but the RE worked through any issue we've brought to their attention. **What problems is Revolution RE solving and how is that benefiting you?** RE is saving our company time digging through Yardi to find answers and saving time creating weekly/monthly/quarterly reports. This time saving is extremely beneficial to our company as we are able to spend our time more on action than data collecting. ### 6. Across Real Estate, many institutions, and the systems they use, do not have consistent definitions for various data points. Revolution allows owners to benchmark performance across multiple PMCos and data systems that the PMCo uses. The ability to load any data into the system, create custom insights from all data fed into the system (whether manually uploaded or called through API), and benchmark performance across assets contribute to a strong use case for RE owners. **What do you dislike about Revolution RE?** Revolution is not a Business Intelligence product. However, it is tough to get user buy-in when they are looking for a BI product. Since it is not currently possible to benchmark performance against other owners, getting buy-in from a vertically integrated group (in-house PMCo that manages all of an owner's assets) is difficult. **What problems is Revolution RE solving and how is that benefiting you?** Data across property management companies and the systems they use to manage properties do not define important metrics the same, making it difficult to benchmark performance across assets and management companies.
