**What do you like best about Reverse Contact?**

I appreciate the features of Reverse Contact because they have helped us find LinkedIn profiles directly from individual email addresses, thereby obtaining more information about the person, such as where they work. This allows us to better tailor personalized content. Additionally, setting up the tool was very easy, especially the integration with email or through automation with Make dot com. This ease of setup has made a big difference and enabled us to work more efficiently. Overall, I find that certain features were very helpful, such as the ability to establish a LinkedIn connection with just one email address.

**What do you dislike about Reverse Contact?**

I would never buy Reverse Contact again because we are currently having problems with the service. We pay over 100 euros a month, and for over a month we haven't been able to use it properly. I tried to contact the founder on LinkedIn, but he blocked me. The team should take better care of its customers and not block them.

it's been awesome for sorting out my contacts and getting the info I need quickly. Setup was a breeze, and I could test things out with free credits before buying. Definitely made my work easier and more efficient!

**What do you like best about Reverse Contact?**

Extremely simple to use, especially the API. Has I think 4 endpoints, does not try to do more than what it is very good at, which is simply returning a LinkedIn profile from an email.

**What do you dislike about Reverse Contact?**

Consuming credits without actually finding a correlated account can be frustrating. It is also a tad bit expensive, but as they have a true monopoly in this space (I do not know of any competitors), it makes sense.

We use Reverse Contact in an enrichment pipeline where we use LLM to see if a person fits into a select number of job roles.

Outstanding tool. We use this to find out who attended our online events. We pop in the list from Eventbrite and then review the attendees for whom we will want to follow up with. Worth every penny. It's simple to use, in fact couldn't be simpler - then you get your list to start working with including their location, title, company and lots of other useful information. We haven't definitely grown our reach and impact from using this innovative tool.

I would love it if got more data from our lists, but appreciate what it does find.

We don't know who attends our events, all we have are names and gmails etc, we have no idea what our demographic is or where they are based etc. We can't grow if we don't know who we appeal to.

**What do you like best about Reverse Contact?**

We used Reverse Contact to find LinkedIn profiles of potential candidates from an email list we had. It was an incredibly easy tool to use. We uploaded the email list and within minutes a list of matching LinkedIn profiles was in my inbox for me to follow-up on. We're always looking for creative ways to expand our candidate pool in this recruiting market and was thrilled to find a tool that helped us do that. The team was also very responsive when I had questions about the subscription model and functionality of the product.

Not every email returned a profile, but this is not Reverse Contact's fault.

- Promptness, - It searches the contact's linkedin profile and shows it within 5 seconds or so. So its fast. 
- Easy UI - you can actually bookmark and access it asap for accessing any contact record. 
- Also, bulk enrichment of files is available incase you have only list of people with emails and name. It will give you linkedin profiles aside.

**What do you dislike about Reverse Contact?**

Pricing: 99 USD for only 2000 credits? This is little bit on higher end. Also, please keep smaller plans too like from 39 USD or so for atleast 500 credits to test bulk imports properly.

Login: The login is literally a pain right now even after we are verified. please make it easier.

No Profile shown:  sometimes,no data is being given at all on personal emails. That is little bit weird.

**What problems is Reverse Contact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving the problems in 3 ways: 
1. Clients or partners give you only list of people with names and emails. The linkedin profile is always missing. But for accuracy and identification, you need linkedin profile to assess. Reversecontact does this.
2. When you have list without linkedin profiles, you are NOT ABLE to do prospecting activities like outreach, targeting, email blasts for cold emails etc. 
3. HUGE time is saved if your list is big enough. lets say there are 1000 contacts, you can find their linkedin profiles within a jiffy with their "Bulk enrich" feature set. Previously, it was one by one.

Reverse Contact is an indispensable tool in our marketing automation. We receive email addresses from various sources and this tool connects these to the Linkedin profile so we can approach leads in a more personalized way.

It can be easily integrated using platforms like Make or Power Automate.

It is also possible to enrich data through user interface.

From various tools we've tested, this one is the best so far.

Also, you can test the tool for free.

The user interface was a little bit confusing on the first use but it is all right once you get used to it.

I do not want our competition know about this product its so good. we work with thousands of candidates every year - and sometimes lose touch with them for years at a time - this tool helps us with 2 things: it gets us their location and title of what they do - this is so usefull for us - before we did it manually - now it's all automated - which rocks!

a lot of records come up empty even if you had to pay for them.. some of the records we know the email is assigned to their linkedin profile but it still does not show up.. but i guess it will get resolved the more records they get.

Generating customer leads using the Google Sheet extension is incredibly convenient. The blog posts provided are really helpful, in guiding users through the process of creating the extension resulting in an user friendly experience.

What truly distinguishes Reverse Contact is their customer service. The teams supportive mindset ensures that users feel well taken care of and appreciated.

Moreover I must commend the clarity of Reverse Contacts API documentation. It is detailed yet straightforward making the integration process a breeze. This level of user friendliness truly sets Contact apart. Makes it an absolute pleasure to use and implement.

I have to admit I don't have any complaints, about Contact. However there's one thing I'd really like to see in updates. Now the API only allows for one email per call. It would be an improvement if it could handle emails simultaneously. This addition could make the whole process more efficient and seamless. Nonetheless Reverse Contact remains a tool, in the realm of data enrichment.

This tool is fantastic. We use it to find customers who have registered and are using our product. The UI looks good too. Also it efficiently identifies individuals and I find its accuracy to be quite high. Remarkably, it can even discover users even when the email addresses used do not contain any names.

**What do you dislike about Reverse Contact?**

Not specifically a dislike, but just a suggestion. Think it would be really great to have an alternative plan with fewer than 2000 credits, perhaps offering options like 500 or 1000 credits for a specific amount. This would cater to smaller use-cases effectively.

Beyond this suggestion, I find the tool truly useful!

Setup was super easy to do. We quickly set it up and since they we have been using it daily.

Reverse Contact is great in follow up to event lists and cold email lists. This service saves you a ton of time finding the right LinkedIn profiles associated with the emails on your list.

**What do you dislike about Reverse Contact?**

I used them for months but never used all the credits. As soon as you cancel, they take all the credits back. Even is you have credits left and you're within the month that you paid for. I am leaving this review just so I can get at my credits.

Associated LinkedIn URLs with existing email database, saving you time and improving accuracy when connecting on LinkedIn.

I gathered user profile data for about 90% of my users, and I did it in 10mins. Pretty good product. I subscribed for the yearly. the UX was great, so once i tried it, I was hooked and didn't bother looking for other competitors.

**What do you dislike about Reverse Contact?**

I wasn't able to get all of their data. But then again, some people don't have Linkedin profiles. In addition, the price was pretty high. I might unsubscribe to the plan if I see myself not using it as often.

I needed to know what kind of people were using my product. But I didn't have time to search for thousands of LinkedIn profiles slowly, no did I have the capacity to write my scraping code.  A great time saver.

Previously tried to use various Data Enrichment APIs but they are too costly or not giving proper results. But with Reverse Contact we are getting  results for almost all result for a genuine lead.

The price could have been little cheaper. Credits should have consumed based on Successfull results rather than API calls

The only drawback is the cost of the lowest volume plan. We don’t need 2000 searches per month. I would love a less expensive plan with fewer searches for smaller businesses.

Reverse contact did exactly what we needed, it took a list of customers and allowed us to extract their LinkedIn profiles. It was easy to use and allowed us to import directly into the tool.

There were some mismatches and missing data, which of course can be expected as people may not have LinkedIn or keep their profiles up to date, so did require some sanity checks before we could launch a campaign.

the list I gave it came back about 75%. These are people I know, and wanted to connect with on LinkedIn. Since LinkedIn doesn't allow for connectiing by email, this was the next best thing

SOme of the returns were erroneous, and not enough to really make a difference. Maybe half a dozen emails would have the same profile, and I knew that was wrong. I could also see where this service could be used by spammers and other nefarious actors. I hope Reverse Contact is doing what they can to prevent abuse
