What do you like best about Revelo?

What do you like best about Revelo?

Revelo has been a valuable partner in helping us quickly find and hire engineering talent across LATAM. The platform is intuitive, and the candidates are generally high quality and easy to engage. We appreciate how smooth the process is — from browsing profiles to handling contracts and payments. What do you dislike about Revelo?

We would like to see deeper technical vetting before candidates reach us. Right now, the onus is mostly on our team to assess technical fit in the first-round interview. While we’re fine doing that, a stronger initial screen from Revelo would help reduce time spent with candidates who are not a match technically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Revelo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Revelo helps us solve the challenge of sourcing high-quality engineering talent quickly and cost-effectively. As a lean startup, we don’t have the time or resources for extensive outbound recruiting. Revelo gives us access to a vetted pool of LATAM developers who are available for contract roles, which accelerates our hiring timeline and keeps our dev velocity high without the overhead of a traditional hiring process.
