"Very good Vishing-simulation experience"
What do you like best about revel8?

Our company was able to test 2 different Vishing-simulations:

in the first one, we were able to create our own voice-clone. This voice-clone was used to prepare a vishing-campaign where the caller asked if he could send an invoice to the user's e-Mail-address and ensure it gets paid. If the user said "yes", then the e-Mail would be sent to the user's address including an explanation that this was a vishing-simulation and how to detect such attacks.

The second simulation was a sweepstakes-game where the user was called by a voice-clone and had to guess a secret word. The voice-clone provided hints and if the user guessed the right word, then he won a price.

Both simulations were really good and the voice-clones reacted perfectly and very human-like to all inputs it received. The Revel8-team created a web-landing-page for us where we could select the vishing-simulation and enter the contact-details of the users to be called. The creation of the voice-clone was very easy and fast and also the web-landing-page was easy to use for everybody. The Revel8-Team did everything else (setup of the 2 vishing-scenarios) in the background by themselves.

The Revel8-team was always very fast/responsive and flexible regarding our use-cases and what we wanted to achive. The correspondence with Revel8 was always friendly and reactive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about revel8?
